- The bed was comfortable and the view was nice.
- Quiet with easy access to other locations. Staff was great.
Cons -

- Expected breakfast and a large refrigerator for the price and rating. Housekeeping was hard to get. Had to get maintenance to replace a light bulb and fix the TV. Not greeted by housekeeping in the hallway. Definitely not a 4 star experience.
- Only reason this hotel gets an 8 instead of a 10 was the water temp. 17 degrees outside and you could not get a hot shower. I'm a plumber and understand setting temperature limits is a law to protect the public but the water temp was barely tolerable.
