Hampton Inn Waynesboro/Stuarts Draft

Very nice layout. Great room for getting around in wheelchair. Staff was very friendly.

Front desk clerk told me she would bring up a shower chair since there was none provided in a handicap room. She never did. Hotel could use an update.

Breakfast does not meet Hampton Inn standards. Needs updating of rooms. There never seems to be an open staff member at the registration desk. It's OK. Price seems to be the lowest in the area.

The breakfast was in a bag. I know Covid19 right? Well they could have done more for the price you pay. I had a complaint about the mattresses needing improved and a poor nights sleep because of that. You know what his response was? “Sorry to hear thatâ

People and breakfast good swivel TV.

This hotel does not provide a cover sheet and no light blanket forcing the customer to either freeze(nothing) or sweat(heavy weight comforter). I could not get the room cold enough to compensate. I will not be able to choose Hampton Inn anymore.

This hotel was conveniently located off I-64. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel was immaculate.

This area is a weekend getaway for us and we went originally to see Monticello but thanks to the hotel staff have discovered that this hotel is a centerpoint for surrounding communities with a variety of points of interest

The hotel was clean with up-to-date furnishings. The staff was very helpful and courteous; no complaints here

Had trouble with WiFi at times.

The bathroom was dirty, there were large long black hairs on the shower walls.

Cleanliness and location. I've stayed here several times and always find the hotel exactly what I want and need.

I loved the post it note on the headboard stating that the duvet covering is washed fresh for each & every guest! Never saw that before! Hope it starts a new trend with the hotel business!

Definitely needed more light in the guest room. A little desk lamp wasn't sufficient.

Sometimes desk clerk was in room behind front desk but they usually appeared fairly quickly

Had to change plans from 2 nights to 1 night. Christy, Cat and Greg were awesome and helped me through it.

I understand every one has renovations at one time or other but all and all it wasnt bad at all.
