Quality Inn University Area

It was extremely unpleasant

Mold in the room. Roaches in the room. Bathtub had paint leaking all over and looked unpleasant. Beds were very uncomfortable and the room had an unpleasant odor.

Was misled and unable to check in and they kept my money

Location

The receptionist who showed up at the desk after 15 minutes immediately got a personal call on her cell phone and she kept talking during the whole check-in experience. The tub in the room was hand painted with flat white paint. The paint had cracked.

The staff was friendly and it was continently located next to 460

Room was disgusting. Smelled like an ash tray. Sheets were dirty. Ceiling covered in water stains. Roaches in the fridge.

Location

There were visible stains on sheets & pillow??????????.. two dead ? roaches in fridge

The room wasn?t cleaned properly. Used soap and towels in the bathroom. Dog hair on the sheets

Clean sheets

Shower cold and aged, coffee horrible

Location and price

Door on room would not open with key card.?.a very distracted employee who never even got off her personal phone call the WHOLE time, said it needed a battery. She never returned, we never could use a key card. Thank goodness it was just a one night stay.

Breakfast was ok

No shower curtain. The finish on the bath tub was peeled off. THe bed springs creaked whenever I rolled over in bed. If they are undergoing renovations, they should reduce rates or shut down and get the job done.

The front desk associate very friendly; and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Motel had just done updates in many rooms.

Bath tub did not drain well.

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful.

Older rooms. Pool was not in working order. If you used the hair dryer while other things were plugged in or running the breaker would trip and would have to ask the desk to reset it.

Nice room with comfortable beds and good shower. WiFi worked great. I appreciate the coffee, microwave and refrigerator in-room.

Friendly greeting, they were knowledgeable about surrounding activities and restaurants, the room was clean, water nice and hot, and the bed was just perfect with the right number of pillows for a perfect night's sleep.

not a thing.

Front desk people were very polite, the breakfast surprised me since it was very good and had a good variety of things to eat!

In town and the price

First night we were there the cops had to show up because a man and staff got into a fight over a child and the man was taken out in cuffs. Also it always smelled like weed

Quiet

The door lock was broke and it was dirty under the bed.

Location and bed

Dirty carpet and outdated bathroom too low sink and toilet.

The location worked great for the business trip we were on..

Room nasty hair on bathroom flr top of toilet dirty sink faucet dirty mirror splashed/toothpaste carpet throughout dirty chips/food in trash cans dirty Dusty lamps and tables dirty refrigerator, cold shower smelled like incense And MORE...

Good (and early) breakfast. Made my bed and did not pretend covid was preventing food and care.

Staff was nice. Room was decent for the motels age. Breakfast was good.

Room was clean except under bed. Lots of dirt, a lid from a spray can, and what looked like a sheath from a hypodermic needle.
