The housekeeper was nice and kind. The room decor was nice. The front desk people were not personable when we arrived, rather void of emotion. The woman who seemed to be in charge was , overly talkative, and rude in the lobby as I was sitting in it.

Proximity to stores and restaurants

Front desk staff wasn’t very pleasant like I was bothering her. Say hello, smile, and thank the customers for the business.

The games and atmosphere in the lobby was great!

The privacy lock locked on our way to breakfast and the staff did not have an option to unlock it (the bar). I used a shoestring and got it open after about 20 minutes, but they need to have an alternative to this.

It was a good experience the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. When the staff came out to fill a breakfast item I told her to take her time. She really appreciated it and was very friendly with us.

The night light in the bathroom needed a new bulb along with one lamp by the bed. But really don't have anything that I did not like.

15 min after checking I try to cancel. Was told I would not get money back. Rude to me and my children on weekend. Jade didn't even want to speak or deal.with us. Neither did the Gm

The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was really cute. I loved the bright colors in the lobby and the seating they had. The beds were really comfortable and I actually really liked that the floors were not carpet.

No free wi-fi unless you become a member.

The decor in lobby was unique.

The room was superficially clean but deep cleaning was significantly lacking making me not even want to walk barefoot on the floor. The air conditioner was loud, making it difficult to sleep & the activities of those in the adjoining room could be heard.

Room is too sparse. No note pad or pen. Room 109 has a noisy toilet. The price is too high for the level of service and quality of the rooms.

I liked the room because it looked nice. The activities.

I did not like the the General Manager who discriminated against me and filed a false complaint against me taking the word of someone else without investigation. She pays someone in the hotel to set people up in order to charge extra fees to your

Small room but it was clean and nice

The hotel is definitely set up for young adults- there's picnic tables, corn hole, work cubbies, etc. It's brightly colored and new. The hotel rooms are designed to use the maximum amount of space in a small room. The hand soap smelled really good too.

The furniture and overall looks feels like a budget-friendly hotel. The walls are a little thin and it was fairly easy to hear other people in the hotel.

Rooms seemed to be made very cheaply. Could hear outside sound and walking above us. Was surprise by it being a Hilton product.

The breakfast was delicious. In spite of Covid restrictions they still had their breakfast. They had one person responsible for serving guests. We were there due to weather in our area.
