Clean, friendly staff, very good breakfast

No hair dryer in the room, but it was no big deal

Well I have say. They don’t accept cash In case there is an issue with the card. To refund the money back in the credit card is a little bit complicated. But other than that is. All good

This hotel is a good location to DC and the metro station. We enjoyed breakfast and the pool. The staff was friendly.

Our particular room smelled like a cat had stayed there. It did appear to be clean. It worked out fine for our short stay.

This hotel was definitely not a 3 star. Rooms were ok but very dated and in need of repair. Ac would not cycle off and room was very humid.

Clean, staff was great. Food was good.

Parking was difficult. Very limited and they hold events. The event goers take up all the parking and guests are very inconvenienced. I'm handicap and our room was on the second floor without an elevator. Had to walk up the stairs.

Smelly and very old. Rusty doors and walls. Restroom is worst. Common toilet at reception was messed up and clogged. Not children friendly - they dont have anything if you need for infant or babies, they do not have tylenol or pain killer if needs

The hotel was okay but definitely not a 3-star. The bed was comfortable.

yes the general manager was horrible, he immediate back his staff as they enter my room and either stole or threw my jewelry in the trash. I have over 27 years of experience with customers and never felt so robbed in my life.

Very quiet despite being close to a major thoroughfare.

The breakfast offered was not particularly good. The bathroom in the room was perfectly clean but it could use some updating.

Hotel was easy to find. Check in and check out were simple.

I wasn't particularly happy that I could not take my breakfast back to my room to eat. The coffee wasn't very good. I did not see any elevators.

I don't like that after midnight, 12:00 am, it is the day before. Their calendar doesn't reflect the actual correct date until 4 am

The breakfast hostess, after watching me prepare a meal for my handicapped wife, informed me that I could not remove food from the kitchen. She likely did not know my wife's condition. This was likely her standard courtesy level.

Staff was friendly, efficient and professional.

Dated and old facilities, but I can see thet the staff tirelessly maintains it (painting, fixing, cleaning, etc.

Some dirt on the room floor. The hallways need to be updated to meet star level. Air-conditioner was not the best.

Front desk

Yes, the employee at the restaurant was rude, didn't speak English and took everything away before it closes. Front desk told us as long as we get there before 10am there will be breakfast. That was weong.

I was put in a handicap room because I was in a wheelchair after an accident I endured. Unfortunately the room was not handicap accessible we tried hard to make do

This hotel was sold as 3* but it has no 3*. This is a really old hotel with few renovations. Doors, hallway carpet, ventilation - all are very old. We saw cockroaches inside our room. Breakfast was horrible and served in a room also used as night club.
