- It's well located and the room was comfy
- There was a very loud noise from Latin music playing very near the hotel around 10 pm and I could not sleep well until 5 pm The front desk should has known about this, and I am sure other people have complain about the very loud noise. I like a refund
- The location in town was just what I was looking for. Close to the areas I needed to be. The exterior was clean.
Cons -
- No bath towels went and asked for bath towels and he could barely understand me. Broken toilet paper roller. No coffee or breakfast snacks for am
- The sink didn't drain the water, bathtub wasn't clean, heater didn't heat properly, cleaning staff makes too much noise early in the morning, there's no 24hr service (I came a few minutes after check in time and was almost left in the street).
- The hotel room, while clean, was otherwise in awful shape. Holes in the walls from items being removed (I assume) and the wallpaper was actually hanging off the wall. I really am surprised they even rented the room in the condition it was.
