They started charging for parking. Laundry used to be free, but not surprised they charge for it u Der new management.

Nice bed

There was an alarm clock in another room that was constantly going off for the last 24 hours of my stay.

Location was great, enjoyed being able to go out for my morning runs.

The shower did not work, and we were moved to another room, and the $13 charge for parking was a bit much for an empty lot.

The location was nice. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff was so polite. The restaurant inside had delicious food.

Front desk was excellent upon checking in and the location was definitely a reason why I picked the hotel. That was it. I would expect a lot more from a 4 of 5 hotel after staying at better less rated within the same organization (Marriott/Spring Hill).

Restaurant/Bar was still open for a few hours so we decided to have a late dinner (9:20 pm) after traveling for over 3 hours. Waitress and Bartender both acted like they were busy. We had to go up for refills and waited for service multiple times.

Location, facilities, room size.

The desk staff could not handle requests like extending my stay, paying with a Marriott Gift Card, or booking addnl. nights (at the reservation desk!). I have spent several hours circling back to Marriott representatives trying to get my payments correct

Super clean, convenient, extremely helpful staff. It looked as if there were several celebrations taking place - wedding, family events. People in the lobby seemed to be having a wonderful time, but my room was very quiet - no noise at all.

I had a reservation for 3 people but only had a king bed when I asked for a roll away I was given a room with twin beds and charged an upgrade I think this is a scam wont fall for that again

Lobby

Room was very old not clean insect and hair on the floor. Not a 4 star hotelÂ¿May be a 2.5-3 at best.
