The hit breakfast and hotel pool were standouts.

This is a personal preference, but the lighting was a bit harsh?all daylight color bulbs. Some softer, warm light would have been better.

"Light Supper" from 6-7:30 was unexpected, quite delightful, and most welcome. Extra extra happy to see that a variety of non-alcoholic beer was made available. Above and beyond.

If I am forced to say, the exercise room could definitely be improved -- should be larger, more equipment, and ensure that everything is in working order.

Location was great

Hotel room felt dingy and dirty. We stayed at a Homewood suites the night before, in Georgia, and the hotel there was significantly nicer. This room felt old and gross. In serious need of a renovation

The daily breakfast that was included, and how early it was made available, was super convenient for my schedule throughout my stay.

As much as I enjoyed the daily breakfast... it would have been nice to have some variation on what food was served. Also, on the last three days, there were no potatoes included, so it seemed like there was a bit penny-pinching.

rooms are very outdated old furniture took pictures of microwave which shows stains, not sure if it is mold but has many dark spots in microwave, did not want to use it asked for blanket and one brought to room had odor and stains on it

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and Jacuzzi were Wonderful. Breakfast was ok

Price and location were exactly what I needed. It was unusual for me to see so many immigrants staying at this hotel for long periods of time. The grounds were dirty with trash and cigarette butts left everywhere in areas where there is no smoking.

Very old and dated decor. Carpet was sticky if you had bare feet touch it. I wore slippers. Grounds were dirty snd cigarette butts left everywhere. Room smelled very musty.

Bests were location and price.

The decor is from the late 90¿s, not clean anywhere. Common area dirty with cigarette butts everywhere. Food containers always stacked up overflowing garbage, snd the absolute worst coffee I¿ve had. Bed was comfortable.

Close to metro! Hot breakfast every morning!! Room was very nice and spacious. I will definitely go back.

The cleanliness and availability of services such as the indoor poool.,..the exercise room...coffee and breakfast bar. The staff was courteous and helpful to me. they helped find something i left behind and called me promptly on it.

Staff very friendly, great breakfast.

A little dated.

The hotel management and the staff were the highlight. This hotel is very well run and the staff seem genuinely concerned that the guest has a perfect experience.

The hotel is starting to show signs of its age. The room was not modern and the appliances were old (but still very clean). This is further accentuated because it the hotel sits adjacent to the very new and modern Mosaic District.

Staff are very accommodating and respectful! Rooms are clean.

The indoor pool room temp was a bit humid. I tried to look for a thermostat to adjust the temp but did not find one. The temperature makes me want to pass out while waiting on my kids to finish enjoying the pool. The pool water was a bit turbid.

Good location from several locations we visited.

Staff at check barely made eye contact or spoke to me at check in. I was not told that I needed to ask for staff to clean my room everyday. We found out the next day when the room was not made up. Even after we told them to clean the room itvwssmt cleaned

My husband and I just wanted to attend the 1st Baptist Church across the street. We're from Pikesville,MD and the hotel was convenient. The hotel was clean and staff is wonderful and attentive. We will return! Thank you!

Great place and easy access to metro and shops , restaurants!

With 1 exception,all of the staff were extremely friendly & helpful.In fact, they were more helpful than in most hotels I've stayed recently. The shuttle service to the Metro Station was very convenient. The hotel is located in a nice area as well.

The lady lifeguard was unnecessarily rude.She would kick people out of pool at 9:45 or 9:50 although hotel pool hours were til 10 PM. We stayed over a week & she was not nice to anyone ever. We had to get towels from front desk.She blew a whistle at us.

Very clean, comfortable beds, pillows, complete kitchen, close to shops and restaurants, friendly staff, well priced, great breakfast, free parking, free shuttle service, what else can you ask for?.

Breakfast was excellent and manager's special during a week was great. Hot Tub was excellent.
