Had to put in request for any housekeeping services

Dirty stairway with trash and half eaten food. TV was not functioning until staff came to reboot. Shower took 10 minutes to get hot

Staff was friendly and helpful.

The black out curtains had a 3 foot gap where the under window HVAC unit was and there are many lights on the front of the building and street. The complimentary breakfast was sub par for a Hampton Inn.

Hampton Inns. Our go to hotel. Always clean. Crisp clean sheets. Best pillows ever. Consistently good breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Next door is a Mediterranean restaurant and a brew pub. 5 minute walk to an Italian Restaurant. Brew Pub was awesome.

Yes. The window shade was broken, so you could not darken the room. The breakfast was sub-par. Rancid hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal that was soup, inedible bananas. Really, this needs to be better! Front desk could/would do nothing to communicate this.

Location is excellent.

Price continues to increase and now on check out they inform you there is $10 per day car parking fee, this is new. And no mention when checking in that at check out they will add it to your credit card. Breakfast is always a little chaotic.

Staff is awesome, the hotel is kept very clean in common areas, bathrooms just really need a superclean.

Stayed on floors 3, 5 and 7 and the higher I went, the less water pressure I had, 7th floor is the worst, a trickle out of the sink and the shower was awful. I reported problem, and they are working on it. If you use shower/sink alot, stay on lower floors

Extremely poor water pressure in the shower! Took forever to get the shampoo and conditioner out of my short hair! No coffee in the lobby at check in?? Thought it was 24 hours??

We asked for the disability assessable room and the walk-in shower was superb for my husband and not 1 fall.

The remote for the window shade was missing from the room. We miss the precovid daily room servicing.

The blank sheet had som brownish spot I reserve my thoughts of what it was, The carpet may need power wash it smells dirty. Other than that everything else was great.

The morning staff and breakfast

We were denied housekeeping due to hotel covid rules and we found bed bugs in the room.

Didn¿t like anything about this location in regard with the staff and cleanliness which was so bad! For two days you could see used towel and trash bags sitting outside every room and there was nobody to take them out!

There was dirty towels and trash bags outside every room for two days and nobody care to check, take them out! At the front desk I was told the rate is $--- for the second night reservation but I was charged $---- per night! Toiletries was missing.

Hotel employee is the best receptionist we've ever met. He's very responsible and very nice. The room is very clean and beautiful.

I stayed here September 2020 and the room smelled dusty. This past weekend it again smelled dusty.

Hotel was clean and everything looked new! Was 2 minutes from my son’s house so the location was perfect!
