Location

Misleading listing. Their free breakfast is one muffin per room. They act like that is a listing error, but I see similar reviews about their breakfast dated a year ago.

The bakery in the hotel was amazing and it was very clean.

There was no door on the shower so the water was a mess on the bathroom floor. Lighting was very dull, hard to put makeup on. No fridge or microwave, those are essentials.

The room was clean and comfortable.The location was great and the room was quiet.The bakery was awesome and I'm glad it was included with the room.

To shut off the lights by the bed, I had to get out of bed or stretch to turn the knob.The TV lost sound and I tried everything to get it back to no avail.

Wonderful little boutique hotel. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Quiet, peaceful atmosphere with a delicious cafe and patio bar. Highly recommend as an alternative to corporate, cookie-cutter hotels.

The hotel was fine. The best features were the cozy restaurant and the outdoor patio with a fire pit. The muffins and the baked goods at the restaurant were amazing and the vouchers were a nice touch.

The worst part of the stay is that the sheets on the bed had clearly not been changed. They were wrinkled and had been used before. It was late by the time we arrived so we just put towels down, but it was very disappointing and I would to stay here again because of that alone.Other frustrations: The check in staff was inappropriately chatty and made our check in take much longer than necessary. The staff at the restaurant was so slow, it took 10 minutes to get a beer in a can and about 5 minutes to put two muffins in a bag (when I told them we had an uber arriving in 2 minutes). And there was just on communication about what was happening when the staff kept disappearing on us. All around, it was a strange experience.

Absolutely loved the bakery and restaurant! Our room was quiet which was great.

Would have liked a larger room with some additional amenities like a fridge and dresser.

I really enjoyed starting my day with the complimentary coffee and muffin — such a nice touch! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the café had a warm, homey atmosphere that made me feel wecomed. The location couldn’t be better — it’s within walking distance of great restaurants and a pharmacy, and the neighborhood is peaceful and perfect for a walk. My room was clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax after a busy day.

I liked everything. Ok, the bathroom has a weird light that turns itself off for no reason, had to keep turning it back on.

The staff was very friendly! The bed was comfy… the toiletries were wonderful—- Beekman Boys has the best of everything! The attached bakery was super tasty!

The location was iffy… I felt ok once settled into the actual but the surrounding area is not one I felt totally safe in.

A lot of weird things:- The reception is literally a table with a laptop.- There was no closet or shelves in the room.- Included breakfast was just a muffin with drip coffee.(the muffin was great, by the way)

Location was great. Restaurant was excellent. The room was clean and spacious enough. However, it is not a functional room. There are no dressers. The desk space is extremely smallAs are the small areas next to the bed. The toilet was not working when we got it, but it was fixed.

Very clean rooms, all staff are very attentive and entire grounds are impeccable.

No fridge in room but was easily accommodated with ice in our personal cooler.

Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Falls Church. Connected to a great restaurant with lots of treats for guests. Very well decorated, and spotlessly clean. Most of all, the staff are amazing: super friendly, super accommodating. Really top notch!

The staff went above and beyond to provide kindness and convenience. The touches of the free coffee and muffin were phenomenal as well as the food in general from the attached cafe. It was the perfect quiet getaway for busy city life.

Such a great stay! Amazing food and desserts at the restaurant and super friendly staff. We plan to stay again!

The staff was very kind and helpful, my wife had back pain. They went out of their way and bought her a specific back pillow to make her stay more comfortable.
