Pros +
- The one staff member I experienced was personable, the room was clean, the bathtub seemed to have a soap residue in it however. It was convenient to get to.

- Breakfast was very good. Staff attendant was very nice and efficient.
Cons -
- The heat was off when I arrived. Understandably, the weather was uncharacteristically cold (16° wind-chill made it -4°). I turned the heat on as soon as I entered the room. It never warmed to an acceptable temperature. I had to sleep fully clothed, alpaca socks, blue jeans, long sleeved sweater and a hoodie sweatshirt (with the hood up at one point). I was unable to shower knowing how colder the room would feel after that. That was really the only unfortunate thing about my stay there. But when it's cold and you're anticipating a warm room and a warm shower, yet you have to sleep with all your clothes on because the accommodations are so cold, that was very very unfortunate.

Good enough for a one night stay while traveling. Didn't expect a four-star hotel
