No local TV channels could not watch NFL playoffs

New, clean, attractive, good dinner recommendation, allowed dog

Would like rooms with windows that open - even a few inches.

The room was clean, in perfect condition, and the facilities are very well maintained.

The tv had no instructions for finding the guide channel so it took awhile to figure out that we didn¿t have to channel surf to see our options.

When room was cleaned they removed my packof bottle water and food in the refrigerator on my first night but called the front desk and they did replace my water.

I thought the design of the room was fantastic and the breakfast was great too.

Only wish that they had smoking rooms and that their have been a bathtub in my room.

Yes, it was next to a mechanical room and there was loud banging from about 5 am until noon both nights/days.

It was clean, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, nice size room.

Too close to a major highway and we could hear a lot of truck noise. Our fault for not mapping the hotel out in advance.

The bathroom door was a sliding door that was also uses as a closet door. It was not a good situation with kids as you could see in the sides of the door into the bathroom

They me extend my stay in same room for 5 extra days

No Jacuzzi suites very disappointed

Super Clean facility with excellent Covid-19 distancing practices in place. We were in town for a Funeral. The Manager allowed us to have a late check-out and come back to change our clothes after the Funeral. He definitely went above and beyond!

It was a new hotel so everything was clean and updated. The location next to a lumber yard made it very quiet and peaceful at night. The staff was very kind and helpful. I’ll be back every time I’m hiking the Shenandoah mountains.

There was no restaurant or shops within walking distance.

The Breakfast hours were short, and since COVID-19 it was limited selection

Hotel was clean and friendly. Provided the usual breakfast including hot items. Hotel staff served the food preventing covid contamination.

Professional staff, well maintained, great location.

Several guests did not comply with the hotel's masking policy. One of the staff shared that masking is encouraged, but not the law in the state of Virginia. Theyalso stated that some guests become aggressive when reminded to mask while in the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet and clean!
