Location to the National Park was exactly what I wanted.

I was told that I would be putting my garbage outside my room, my bedding would not be changed during my stay, and I would be responsible to bring dirty towels to the main office in exchange for clean towels. Is this a no-frills hotel?

It was centrally located and staff helpful to directing us to various sites.

Breakfast could be a little later like 10:30 am.

The room was nice size and well maintained.

Everything else. Required to take out your own trash and carry all linens to the front desk for clean ones. The locks on the doors are within child reach and not safe. Location is overrated. Breakfast had no options for those with dietary restrictions

The outdoor pool was one reason that we chose this hotel. While at the pool covered in big spartan and towels, we were still continually bit by the mos. We were unaware of the mosquito infestation of the island. An indoor pool would have been preferable.

The bed are very comfortable. Very close to the beach. Polite staff.... continental breakfast was very good...

The atmosphere and the way this hotel is ran is top shelf! I will recommend this location to anyone looking to get away to Chincoteague Island!

Parking is a little tight, but that’s to be expected. Every hotel/inn in the heart of the island had this set up. It didn’t take away from the experience though!

This hotel was super clean - everywhere. From the lobby, check-in, grounds to the room. The outside area has a nice seating area and a fire pit for the evening, although it was too hot to use this during our trip. The entire staff was super friendly.

The hotel had a very nice pool that came in handy in the heat. The staff was very welcoming. We arrived before check-in but were told we were welcome to use the pool and the staff gave us towels and directed us to a restroom for changing our clothes.

Beds are extremely comfortable. Staff is always friendly and professional. Great location

Thirst is more of a suggestion. Would love a hot tub.

Large room with balcony that actually opens to fresh air... That staff was exceptionally and friendly and location perfect as it's at the entrance to park!!!

Very friendly staff and the room was clean as a whistle!

Only one minor, minor issue: we rented an electric car and were told that we could plug it in to an outlet on a pole behind the hotel. Plugged it in overnight and discovered the next morning that the outlet had no juice, so the electric car was of no use

Nice views. Every room has a patio with nice view. Beautiful grounds. Well maintained.

No. It was fantastic! Clean, big rooms, warm friendly hotel staff. No complaint at all!!

We had car trouble and were able to find a great mechanic in town. He drove us to the hotel and explained to the desk clerk our situation. The hotel staff was so accomodating and made us feel welcomed!
