The room's were uninhabitable. There were dead bugs and trash on the floors, the bed sheets appeared to be previously used and not cleaned and the parking for one of the rooms blocked another room that appeared to be someone living in the room.

This motel has an?old school? vibe that I like a lot. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The heater was super efficient and quiet! The motel gave us a voucher for a coffee and pastry from the bakery next door, and both were delicious.

Nope- well, except maybe the door seal -, but the owner is steadily doing renovations. Hopefully, they won?t do too many inside or outside. (The red berries on the bushes and sea grass was beautifully tended).

Quiet. The sheets and towels and comforters smelled nice and clean. Old fashioned one story motel building, where the rooms are right off the parking lot. Coupons for free coffee and pastry at shop next door. Easy walking to shops, ice cream.

This is an old building but kept very clean and well decorated, well taken care of. Wishing there was an option with a ramp as I walk with a cane, and also to not have to carry suitcases up the 3 steps to the room.

I loved how charming and cute the hotel was. My room felt very homely and the location was amazing (there are many shops and activities within walking distance). I will definitely be staying there again if I decide to come back to Chincoteague

Pool was nice and clean. Staff were friendly but not necessarily helpful.

Lights were out upon arrival and flickered on and off during the entire stay..owner said due to the heat.. it was MDW at the beach. AC unit didnt work during the last day. Owner said to let the ice melt and it should work again..never did.

It is safe, family friendly hotel.We have stayed here numerous times and have always had a very pleasant experience. It is close to everything we go to do. The beds were amazing with nice big pillows. Owners are close/on sight. Loved coffee bar & pastrie

Pot hole in entrance. Very nice friendly new owners. Very helpful and so apologetic explaining they are remodeling but much not needed. So generous, gave me a book that I am so grateful for. Wish them all the luck. Hard working wonderful people.

The location - super cute area on the coast of VA.

We arrived at 10pm with 2 small kids after a long day of travel. The musty smell of the room was awful and 2 cockroaches on the counter were a dealbreaker for us. We had to pack the kids back up and find different accommodations, so I would not recommend.

We had to keep unplugging the air-conditioning it would freeze up they know it beforehand

Very friendly staff and the pool and bbq area was well maintained and enjoyed by our family. Great location, within walking distance to many attractions. Older hotel, but we'll maintained and clean. Enjoyed the landscaping as well

Internet didn¿t work. No hot water. Phone didn¿t work. Towels and sheets gross. Cockroaches. Unclean

The front desk person was very nice

The only thing was the carpet needed cleaning, the drain in the sink had no screen.

The room was apart from the other rooms with its own driveway...comfortable king bed

Room had a slightly musty smell

Great location - walking distance to everything on the island: rentals, food and entertainment.

FRONT DESK WAS VERY FRIENDLY

THE JACUZZI TUB DID NOT WORK (PAID EXTRA TO HAVE IN ROOM) / ALOT OF PAINT CHIPPING OFF THE WALLS/ SUPLIES OF PAPER ITEMS REALLY LOW. WE STAYED THERE IN THE PAST IN OTHER ROOM AND THAT ROOM WAS NICE.
