Friendly, professional staff. Very clean and welcoming.

We paid for a King size bedroom with a balcony. The room was very clean and spacious except for the bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Continental Breakfast very good.

I was extremely disappointed upon entering my room and looking forward to having a balcony, I opened the curtain and saw a junk yard type scene. If you are going to promote a balcony room than promote the correct scene out the window. Bathroom to small.

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is the cleanest hotel property I have ever been in - this includes the breakfast place, the lobby, pool area and room. The Christmas decor was beautiful. Absolutely enjoyable stay.

The room was very dry and the beds were VERY hard.

I have stayed in the hotel several times before and liked it. They strived to serve guests. That is the reason I chose to stay there this time.

On Tuesday I noticed small ants on the built-in desk and clothes drawers in my room. I notified the front desk on Wednesday and again on Thursday. By the time I checked out on Friday, there were still ants on the desk and clothes drawers area.

The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The staff worked really hard at wiping down the tables and the breakfast areas.

The place was beautiful win the hot tub heater quit working it was fixed immediately everything was clean my love this place and could¿ve easily stayed another week

This is an outstanding venue for a quick winter getaway. The indoor pool was heated to 87 degrees and there is a very relaxing whirlpool that is kept just a little bit warmer. It is very relaxing.

This was a perfect choice. The room was outstanding and the buffet breakfast far exceeds anything I have seen since the Pandemic. I think the breakfast area service is so great because of the level of commitment by the staff I saw everywhere.
