Comfort Suites Chincoteague Island Bayfront Resort

I had selected the upgraded King room which i thought came with a jacuzzi tub and the room I was assigned did not. It was still a nice room and had a decent view.

Cleanest indoor pool and hot tub I've seen. Friendly staff, with suggestions for restaurants, shopping, and the National Park, providing a local map. Waterfront balcony was peaceful to watch the beautiful sunsets. Breakfast good. Food area spotless.

All good, weather was chilly, but it was March.

Big room. Indoor pool and hot tub.

Beautiful location, awesome room, friendly helpful staff. Forgot a valuable item in the room, housekeeping found it, supervisor called and mailed it to me! They were wonderful!

We stay here every year for Valentine¿s Day! Love it. Always so clean and easy check in. Never had any issues here.

EVERYTHING! the rooms were new and clean! Bed was comfy. Staff made our stay great- thanks hotel employee! I am very particular when it comes to hotels and this one exceeded all expectations! We got a room with a balcony overlooking the bay. Nice, quiet area

can hear neighbors outside

They are extremely friendly and welcoming, and the hotel smells amazing all day. I loved the staff and their attentiveness.

Clean place and great breakfast.

Bay view!

Staff was Exceptionally friendly and proficient!

The location was fantastic!

The location is amazing. You have shops, restaraunt and a waterfront park within walking distance.

There wasnt anything we didnt like.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is always good. One of the breakfast attendants was exceptionally good and went out of her way to assist us.

Hotel front desk staff seemed indifferent at best. With the exception of Deanna they never even looked up or acknowledged we were there for most of our 5 night stay. This is in contrast to how it has been in the past. Just didn't seem very welcoming. Also, the most noisy, rude people where in the room above 211 where we stayed. They walked back and forth, or should I say stomped back and forth for hours late into the night and played music we could hear all night long. I should have complained I guess but I dont like to do that and not sure the front desk attendant would have even cared if I have. I refuse to stay on the 2nd floor again. I prefer the 3rd floor and if that is not available I will be going elsewhere on my next trip there (we usually visit around twice a year).
