nothing, horrible service and dirty hotel

false advertisement in photos descriptions. I AM REQUESTING A SOME SORT OF CREDIT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Location and room clean

Lift not clean inside

Rug had red stuff on it. I'm assuming it was blood. No luggage trolleys. Couldn't sleep because of loud music coming from a nearby club. Horrible experience. I would never stay there again.

The price was fair.

Very run down, the carpets were sticky, paint peeling, whole building was in disrepair.

Location

The hotel is very rundown and in need of a major renovation. The rooms have broken furniture and lights not working. The ice machine was broken. The rugs are stained. Water leak from the ceiling.

The smell, ice machines didn’t work , only one elevator worked curling leaking get didn’t work

Staff went above required duties to find an accessible room and help with mobility issues.

I like the affordable price of the rooms

This hotel does not get updated. I have been here a few times now and the lighting everywhere is very dark. Also this time I did see some stains on the bedsheets

Everything. Rude staff, broken tv, lights, and door knob in room, ceiling started leaking yellow fluids.

The hotel smelled strong like cigarettes. The hotel was also not clean with stuff all over carpet and walls. It was also extremely humid to the point the carpet was wet.

The Toilet wasn't flushing properly, a damaged toilet seat, the bathroom door opens inward damn near touching the toilet when you open the door. The bathrooms are way too small to have the door to open inward. tub was small..

Spaciousness and cleanliness of room

I scalded my foot attempting to take a bath because the water in the tub was so insanely hot. I was not offered monetary compensation because even a partial refund would appease my discomfort and the fact that I had to fill out an incident report at 4am

There is an odor in the lobby as you walk in. The shower bar in the room was hanging on. The mini fridge was large but loud as was the heater.

It was down the street from plenty of places to eat and a short drive to Petersburg VA

The hotel is not bad, no bugs or unsanitary things, it's just not well kept and in need of a little TLC. The elevator feels unsafe, makes noises and doesn't light up also. The air conditioner in the room was the most problematic, where it felt dirt air.

Hotel had new furniture, good bed. But the hotel itself is cosmetically worn. Doors kind of rough, missing baseboard pieces, entry desperately needs cleaning and pressure washing. The solution is not to slap another coat of paint on it. Otherwise ok

The breakfast could do an upgrade. Not enough selections. Egg omelets tasted like plastic.

Generous linens and super comfortable beds.

It smelled unpleasantly of strong cleaning agents.
