Price and location

The stinch(a mix of marijuana and garbage) throughout common areas of hotel. No trash liners, shampoo or conditioner in bathroom. Floors were sticky, previous occupants socks under the bed.

My first review ever. I had to clean and buy products for sanitation. Roaches everywhere and was bitten on my lower leg after the 3rd night. Not one time did I get serviced within the 5 day period. Sad how some visitors destroy property.

Location

The lumpy bed with springs poking out, dank moldy smell, messed up toilet seat, roaches, and the way the entire room shakes when a train goes by. It really felt like a tremor.

It’s convenient to work location and cheapest option in area. Have stayed multiple times because all I need is a place to rest my head. But this place is just barely that.

This place is honestly bad, it’s run down, the staff has to manually check if the room is ready everytime I visit (doesn’t even matter if it’s 5 mins passed 3, or 1 hour). Square pillows that are small on bed, bathroom dusty (where you see towel lines).

Not much!

The first room given was not what we reserved; king non smoking . Room lights did not work. Room smelled like cigar smoke with a strong odor canabass. Next room the a/c only ran on low. Would not recommend this unit.

The staff..

1st rm yhey gave me no light turned on as I turned on the sw .then checked all light only 1 was working ac was not on the room realy had bad odor second room was acceptable..TV would work took 3 time for someone to get meb3 channels

Location is good. Room is spacious.

Some bulbs are not working. Pool is not working. The breakfast is so limited(waffle)only.

The air conditioner work great

Our room smelled like smoke the couch was dirty the floor was dirty The bathroom floor was sticky this probably would have been a great hotel about 5 or 10 years ago it definitely needs to be remodeled

No remote control! Toilet didn't work, the water was OFF!

I like the games and the people are nice

I booked the hotel because it?s says u have an indoor pool but it?s shut down

The staff was friendly!!

There were roaches!! When I booked and paid for the hotel online I was NOT informed at check in I would have to pay a $50 deposit.

nothing but a rip off

paid for a suite. elevator is out it appears for 4 months or more. all suites & walk in showers are 2nd floor. wife cannot walk steps or step over bath. gave us a room so small she fell onto bed/floor and ended up at hospital

The price, room was spacious

Definitely not a 2.5 star hotel. Elevator was out. Room was very dated. Carpet stains, mold/mildew in bathroom

Breakfast was waffle batter and orange juice coffee tea too cheap to provide water lousy

Very old beds and comfort. Bed frame was sticking out side of bed and i hit my leg on it. Window pillow was dingy andit was curved upwards. No charging outlet.

Fridge and microwave

Poor breakfast, under construction. Pool and gym closed, without notice. Handicapped king room unavailable due to broken elevator, was given 2 queen beds instead. Elevator broke Friday and still broke the following Wednesday on our return trip.

The bed was acceptable

Hotel is under remodeling. Elevator was not working. Because of the remodelations, all is dusty. Very outdated

It is currently under major renovations and smells of drywall dust, paint, and mold. If you have any type of medical/breathing issues that will be affected by this renovation, they will simply inform you "it isn't their issue" per their GM.

This is just my favorite hotel in chester

They were doing renovations. And the pool has been down for some time now.

The toilet didn't flush!! No ice saw 2 roaches in the room!!!
