- Location, facilities security, open living area, many different places to eat within walking distance
- Great position. 8 min drive to Capitol Hill. Nice building and spacious flat. Close to many restaurants and shops.
- Good location and a full kitchen. Staff responsive to text messages which I appreciated.
Cons -
- Stained and dirty bedroom carpets. Building upkeep on residence floors. Chipped paint around elevator entrance. Door falling off wall at trash shoot.
- Garage is six feet tall, I had to remove the roofrack from my Jeep to enter. Didn't wanna street park because the truck was loaded for the road trip.
- Expect over $200 ($130 cleaning and $98 in resort fees) in fees when staying here. Some of the dishes were dirty and the hot water in the building was out for a whole day.
