Pros +
- The staff, especially the restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful!
- Convenient location. Very comfy bed.
- Room and hotel were very clean. The location was excellent- right near the metro.
Cons -
- We had trouble with getting hot water in the sink and shower. We had to run the water for 10 minutes until it got hot and then it would go cold during shower. We will not stay there again.
- I was told there would be a $150 hold for incidentals. No problem with that but the hotel not only held $150 but also held $156 extra. It took over a week for the hold to be released despite the room being left the way I found it.
- Listed as free breakfast AND parking. Was $18 to park. Breakfast a bit more than that!
