The location of this hotel was convenient as it was immediately off I-81. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. The room was clean. The hotel offered late check-in, which was needed due to our late travel time.
The breakfast was very disappointing. I intentionally look for hotels with breakfast included to save time and money; however breakfast options were limited and juice was unavailable. Additionally, we had difficulty with our room key which required additional assistance.
