Hampton Inn Salt Lake City-North

This hotel had real sheets and blankets, dark out window coverings and was extremely comfortable. We love the fact that there is a wonderful free hot breakfast, too!!

Unfortunately, the refrigerator still had someone else's food inside, which was pretty stinky. We took it to the desk and the receptionist disposed of it. We were able to use our room refrigerator for our own food after that.

Nice room with a lot of counter space in the bathroom.

No makeup mirror and very low toilet.

The breakfast was pretty good, loved having the mini waffles. We didn't end up using the pool/hot tub but it looked nice and I liked that it was open until 11 pm.

The ceiling in the hallways were low and the elevators were behind doors, which I thought was weird.

Obviously traveling with a child..."we" loved the rotating waffle flavors and the pool! Even the mom swam because of how completely clean the pool and pool area were! The pool itself would bring us back if we are in the area again!

Everything was nice and clean, the beds were very comfortable.

The staff at the front desk were not very attentive. Their computer and place to sit are tucked behind a corner which makes it hard to see them, and for them to notice anyone who is waiting. They seemed bothered when they had to get up.

Violation of ADA rules. the handicap parking area and side walk from the parking had not had the snow removed. The next morning the staff acted as if it was no big deal or could care less. My wife has bad knees and handicapped. POOR, POOR impression.

I was shocked to see a $50.00 incidental charge on my c.c. when I returned home. Then 24 hrs. later it disapeared?

I had 5 of my grandkids on this trip, we arrive at breakfast and the sweet lady working the breakfast bar was so sweet to the kids. She brought us warm hand towels so the kids could clean up after, and each a little treat!!! so thoughtful!!!

Very clean and the front staff was pleasant and helpful with advising us of the traffic conditions in the morning hours. We arrived in town after flying in from Pennsylvania with a transfer in Vegas. It was nice to have such a clean hotel.

The location works for us. The breakfast is very good and the breakfast room staff are very helpful.

Nothing. Well the power outage was a challenge but that wasn't anything they did!

Water pressure was low. The shower had a huge grab bar right next to where you stand under the faucet. It's placement made it uncomfortable to stand under the spray, and the shower head wouldn't tilt so that you could stand in a roomier spo

Hotel is 10 minute drive to Lakeview Hospital. The staff was so accommodating to our needs that required flexibility with our personal needs and dates. Will definitely stay there again!!!!
