I had been trying to contact a human being since sept 16, 2026 around 6:18 pm I made a reservation in Utah hotel My first impression was not feeling safety because the room 243 was dirty the hotel is not like your pictures I emailed you without answe

nothing I will never go back I am starting to think super 8 is just sucks in Utah.

I will never go back. The Shower took a while for the water to heat up, and the breakfast sucked and only had Danish, Honey buns and Mini Doughnuts Which you could only have 2

Location

No coffee maker in the room and initial room given to occupy was dirty and smelled terrible like cigarette smoke.

Clean room, comfortable bed for overnight stop on the road

Exterior was in disrepair. Looks like the motel had just changed hands to Super 8

Close to freeway

The amenities for the room. I rented stated that there was a refrigerator and microwave, but there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room.

Nothing. The room was so terrible that I had to change rooms after getting there after 1am. I tried to get out of spending the second night there but the agent and hotel manager got into an embarrassing yelling match with each other during my phone call.

The hotel was filthy. Our first room had sewage water coming up from the tiles in the bathroom and the walls were covered with stains and smears of the most disgusting kind. The bedsheets were stained and had cigarette burns. The room smell was terrible

The location

No warm or hot water in showers so I couldn't shower at all during my one night stay. Not clean enough. Front desk did not handle my complaint about lack of hot water professionally nor offered a credit.

Only the location. The rest of the experience was horrible.

Several things. Took a long time to check in. Friend walked into a room with a dad and his son in gotch at 11 PM. It was double booked. Next room had one bed and lights did not work. Final room was poor but we could sleep there.

Shampoo was not provided, the handwash station in the bathroom sprayed all over the place when used (a bad design I think).

The price and location.

The mattress was the worst that we have ever experienced. Deep holes in it. Floor looked clean but either the vacuum wasn't working to good or they didn't damp mop it. Although it advertised breakfast, we weren't told about it, nor saw anything.

The smell of how clean and how nice they hotel is. You say something nice

Wanted to eat in the restaurant except for about 20 minutes the people made eye contact with us but did not ask what we wanted to eat.

The bed sucked way worn out you could feel the springs in the mattress they say continental breakfast but there is no breakfast

Old and creepy. The bolt lock on the door was broken and they put a single woman at the end of the dark property.?.. with no secure deadbolt. I itched from the moment I arrived- felt like I was going to get bedbugs. Dirty and dated. Previous motel 6? Yuk

no breakfast unlike what is online. Door did not close enough to set the lock. receipt for 65.15, credit card billed for 73.97, I guess someone decided they needed a little extra.

The front counter gentleman Friday afternoon was very nice.

The room smelled like it used to be a smoking room. You could tell they had tried to get the smoke smell out but it was still bad. The shower didn't have any hot water.

There wasn?t any soap. No pillows. There were bugs.

Staff Not being nosey or interfering with guests, The quiet atmosphere And what I liked most that keeps me coming back is the staffs level of cooperation when inconvenienced with guests wanting bed linens & towels, I give this establishment 10 stars

The price is a bit high but compared to others it's fair

There was two guys drinking beer in back of the building watching everyone and I wasn't sure about the intentions of that allmost like waiting to break into the cars? Not the best way to run a inn/ motel.
