- The location and the price.
- The night and morning desk ladies were really nice the room was very nice as well
Cons -
- No kitchenware

- The bathroom was not cleaned, dirty wash rag still in the shower. Customer service was never available immediately. I had to wait for someone to come to the desk then the didn't even follow through adding my sons name to arrive when I wasn't there.
