    Pros +

    • Location, pet friendly
    • When our car battery had died, Riley (from the front desk) saved the day by giving us a jump start. She was amazing!
    • The room was clean and comfortable, and there's a nice restaurant downstairs, so we didn't have to go find a place to eat especially since we were tired at the end of a long travel day.

    Cons -

    • Poor upkeep and poor breakfast selections.
    • All was good.
    • Our toilet wouldn't flush unless we held down the handle the entire time, the tub had a significant constant leak, the window shade was broken so it wouldn't close all the way, there was a gap of about an inch at the bottom of the door letting in light.

The staff were great, absolutely! From checking in at the Front Desk, to the staff member who got me some extra towels, to the great helpers at the restaurant, hands down fantastic! The room was also great!

The Internet speed was sooooooo bad. If this could be improved I'm sure ALL the guests would appreciate it! It was so bad I quit using it and just connected through my phone. :(

    The restaurant

I booked a 2 bed queen room and received only 1 bed queen

    8RobertPosted on: 6-3-2025

We stayed 4 days and our room was never cleaned. We had to ask for towels

    1MaryPosted on: 5-25-2025

Yes the customer service was not good they didn?t have a TV and the pool was out. There was not any food that was sustaining for a breakfast

    3Verified guestPosted on: 5-14-2025

The whole place was dirty. In the room: Leaking tub faucet, door card scanner barely worked, mildly unpleasant smell, internet access/speed was EXTREMELY poor.

Outdated, dark, ac didn?t work, when ac came on had a funny smell, bathroom wasn?t big enough to get in and out of.

I really enjoyed the layout of this hotel and the option to take the stairs. It felt very easy to get to the third floor and wasn't in a traditional stairwell. Our room faced the main road and had a small balcony.

The rooms were a little loud to the hallway and we could hear doors closing throughout the night. Pillows were interestingly small, like cut in half sized pillows.

    good price and comfortable room

the toilet didn't flush well. If anything like toilet paper was in the toilet bowl, it took several tries to flush.

The front desk ladies are THE BEST I have every encountered. Nice friendly and helpful

The doors and walls are way to thin you hear everything and I mean everything. Even the guy above us peeing

    10Verified guestPosted on: 10-7-2024

Nice size rooms, nice spa, great restaurant at the hotel with reasonable rates.

    TV didn't work.

    9Verified guestPosted on: 9-17-2024

    I like the location.

I really don?t like that the people who smoke do it right out front of the hotel entrance. That means that you have to walk through that.

Restaurant and bar in the hotel.

AC didn't work, toilet overflowed EVERY time, in 5 days the room was never cleaned, I literally had to do it myself.

    5Verified guestPosted on: 9-5-2024

It was nice to have a pool and restaurant onsite

Rooms were a bit dated, and the bathroom was small

    7DonaldPosted on: 7-8-2024

The people we encountered were kind and helpful and all greeted us. The young man who did breakfast kept everything stocked and clean and was very courteous. The breakfast was good with hot and cold options for everyone. Great room size.

It's not that I didn't like it-it is an older hotel and there is noticeable wear as well and an old smell there, but it is kept up well to help make up for that.

    The staff, the breakfast.

Pool and hot tub could use a good scrub.
