Bloody sheets and other colored fluids on the bed sheets, pool was disgusting it made my daughter break out in hives

The door to the hotel wouldn’t shut fully unless you pushed it closed. Bathroom and closet doors stuck.

Management is the best I have ever experienced,to be honest I don't have time to leave reviews Im staying here for work, sleep better than I do at home and great Semitruck parking

Nothing they refused to let me stay do to my ID being lost and my driver's license being expired then they said to leave or they would call the police. All this happened in less than an hour of booking the room . They are theives stole 150.00 dollars

No one at the front desk. When we arrived there was a young man and that is the last we saw of staff except for the cleaning lady. When we registered the young man wanted cash for my pet deposit. I found that a little disturbing. No receipt!!

It had a bed, that?s the only plus. but the room wasn?t clean still had dirty rags on the shower curtain rod

It was somewhat close to the sights we were visiting.

The manager of the hotel was extremely rude, belligerent, and unaccommodating. The desk in the room, because of its cheap quality, fell apart. The manager refused to have it fixed, replaced, or find us a new room. Unsafe desk near an 8-year old - bad.

King bed was comfortable. It was clean.

Maintenance needs to be done to common areas as carpet is stained. Breakfast was lacking in food. Front desk clerk wasn?t attentive to guests needs. No pillows or blankets for hide-a-bed. Hide-a-bed mattress was old, stained and springs were popping out.

Location

Bath tub/shower was not particularly clean, especially the drain, which held water back, due to an obvious wad of hair. Yuck.

Convenient location

there was frozen food bags in the room freezer, sone had been opened. That was a nasty surprise to fine in the room.

The pool was nice.

Broken window in the room. Breakfast was out an hour prior to the stated close time of breakfast. Stains all over the hotel and the room - we even moved rooms to get to a less stained option.

The physical building is decent.

Upon arrival there is a sign on the counter indicating that there is a 275$ fine if you bring a dog and don¿t inform them. Also a 25$ charge if you do. We have a 40 pound dog. He is quiet and clean, and better behaved than most humans. You understand.

Nice clean rooms, quiet, comfortable bed. Good location. Mostly great staff. The woman who checked us in was VERY nice & helpful!

The rooms were nice.

The breakfast is awful. There is no staff at the front desk if you need anything. They check you in then disappear. The front lobby had coffee cups on tables that were left by guests. They were not cleaned up for 24 hours. I was going to clean them up.

The management at this hotel was so unprofessional and rude! We asked if we could get clean linens and never got them. Are sink was clogged and never fixed.The fridge smelled.They wouldn't answer the phone at the front desk. Don't stay there!

It met expectations for a Comfort Hotel

Our window wouldn't close fully or lock. The carpet was pretty filthy. And, there were no bath towels when we initially checked into the room.
