The pool was out of order. The main Eason I booked the hotel room. Also there was broken glass all over the floor in the room. Had to clean jot up. Also didn?t look like the pictures of the room o booked. Was supposed to have a couch and it did not.

The woman who checked me in was nice. The two people at the desk when I was leaving were not. My door kept locking and wouldn?t open to load up my car. The solution given me was prop it open.

The chlorine level of the pool seemed extremely high. You could smell the chlorine behind a closed door from the hallway, so our kids didn?t go swimming because it was irritating their eyes.
