- Pool area is beautiful; Staff was friendly; Great location.
- Good breakfast, efficient staff.
- Breakfast was great and well stocked. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Cons -
- Dog walk area along the river was full of trash and trash cans were overflowing; Plastic shower liner was smelly and yellow (gross) - For a hotel at this price point, esp during peak season, this needs an upgrade; Hallways & elevators were in dire need of a thorough vacuuming.
- Housekeeping never came over our three night stay.

Great breakfast, easy check in, awesome staffs, great location (Colorado River view) and close to the Arches park & restaurants.
