AC Hotel Salt Lake City Downtown

Updated, clean, tidy, things work as expected. Actual half and half in the room with the coffee setup. I’ve and water on the same floor with the rooms.

The room was smaller than expected. The bathroom privacy was less than desirable.

Fabulous hotel! We will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Cost to park

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The concierge was exceptionally friendly, and check-in was smooth and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The hotel and our room were very clean and well maintained. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around. Breakfast was nice, and we especially appreciated the coffee option available throughout the day.Overall, a very pleasant experience — we would happily stay here again.

It was right off the highway, the front desk staff was super helpful, went above & beyond. The parking was free!

The pet fee was $75!

Basic, gets the job done. Located in downtown. Expect nothing more.

I was attending a convention, and it was very close to the convention center. The bed was ok, a little stiff, but fine. The bathroom was GREAT! Two head shower. I had the handicap accessible room, so for a short girl, everything was perfect. I also think that if I had to use a wheel chair the room was very large and easy to get around. I also really liked that the front desk had quick grab and go breakfasts of yogurt and fruit, which made it easy to get going in the morning.

The only real drawback to the room was that it was on the 3rd floor above the bus stop, and it was very loud.

Location was walking distance to Creek City, which was a mall for restaurants and shopping. Across from mall tabernacle and Saints of Latter Day. Short drive and free parking to Utah Capital.

Parking was an additional charge. No microwave in room. Should upgrade coffee pot to a keurig so you don’t have to go downstairs in your pajamas.

The location is excellent. everything is nearby, especially the convention center where the conference I attended was located.

The bed of the room was very uncomfortable. it is time for a new mattress.

Maybe slightly empty around the hotel. No bars or shops around the area. not to far from the shopping mall

For this price range, this hotel stands out as exceptional, comfortable and stylish in a sea of mediocre chain hotels in the area that more resemble a visit to grandma’s elderly care home. Glad i found it.

There is always room for improvements, but can’t complain too much in this price range- great value

Check in was okay, book room for 4 ppl. Towels were only given 3, when I call the front desk, they ask me to get it myself at the front desk. I think the hotel is understaffed. My bathroom closet is clogged the first night and the shower is broken. Floors are dusty. When calling the front desk, they always ask us to hold. But maintanance guy came quick to fix the clogged closet.

It was clean! Rooms were very nice and comfortable! Great fitness center too! It had everything I needed to get a great workout.

Great location if you’re attending an event at the convention center. Close to local bars and restaurants for nightlife. Quiet rooms.
