Light over tub/shower did not work. Window blinks could not open or closed.

Great location, super clean, awesome breakfast. Right around the block from the Salt Palace, right next to the Delta Center.

The location and staff were absolutely wonderful morning breakfast was great. Coffee and tea bar couldn¿t get enough. Pool table was a cool bonus will definitely stay here again.

Our room was clean and updated. I really enjoyed the location and the breakfast was great!

I was looking forward to enjoying the pool but was told by staff that it was closed. I was really disappointed. Also, there was trash in the hall from another room that wasn't cleaned up.

Bar/restaurant not open and this was not advertised on website. Heat went out one night down to 59 degrees and in-room controls not working - pretty miserable night.

Room with kitchen, foldout bed and room divider suited us quite well. Breakfast was good and parking was close.

The kitchen in the rooms was the highlight of our stay.

Room was checked out to another guest as well and the faulty door lock allowed them in while we were sleeping. Very disappointing and led to a sense of insecurity.

Clean, the hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.

Nice rooms with a great location and a large gym. Staff was really nice and friendly. Free internet was fast and easy.

Pool was not open on the hottest summer on record. Bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. Free Breakfast was a togo bag that was really sub par without protein. Pricey parking for the area.

This hotel left a lot to be desired. For the price I paid I definitely expected a bigger room, more of a suite not just one room with a tiny tv and a tiny couch. My coworker had to sleep on that tiny couch and it was awful. No breakfast or pool.dissatisfi

Quiet, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast in the morning.

Cleanliness and location. Easy downtown access and highway access.

The pool was ok

The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were like sacks of flour. Terrible

Proximity to our event at Flemings, the pool, and the breakfast.

Wish the bar had increased hours. Also, would like longer hours on the pool, at least to midnight, so we could enjoy it after our event. Most everything was clean, but as I packed to leave, I found the stem of a cherry under desk from prior guest.

The shower

Other than the shower, everything.... the staff was rude, my room smelled very strongly of vinegar, which the staff said it was because they were cleaning something and admitted.

Close to downtown

Awful! Room next to us had a load drunken party. Front desk was called from 2AM until 4AM (5 times) before resolved. They kicked our adjoining door and tried to break into our room during this time. Staff did give us discount, but seemed uncaring.

They placed us in the VERY 1st room on ground level. Noise traffic was terrible. The shower & sink seemed dirty & the towels smelt HORRIBLE. They smelt like ozone.

I had two rooms, I waited about an hour for one and didn't get the other for 2.5 hours. That's right- I waited from 4:30-7:21 for my room.

Very nice and clean room and hotel overall. Within walking distance of the Trax.

There was an advertisement offering free eats from Monday to Thursday 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. However, when I enquired about this offer, I was informed this was only for the older Hyatt House hotels.
