Cons -

First, the promised shuttle from the airport was sent into downtown Salt Lake and would caused a 30 minute wait - so we had to take a shuttle - then when we arrived we were given a handicapped room that was tired. The next morning the cafe closed early
It felt a little dingy at the entrance and in the hallways.
