Breakfast was not as good as other Hampton inn I've stayed at. Options were more limited.

Location, staff, cleanliness, etc

Shuttle service could be improved. Had an almost one hour wait at airport for check in.?.was told morning driver was ill. Then, clerk made a mistake when we scheduled airport return trip. We requested 5:30mam shuttle, clerk had us for the 10:30 am.

Number one the hotel elevators were since May of this year number two that was hard as a rock bed was facing One Direction TV was facing the other direction I will not say the Hampton Inn again

The hotel staff said that a shuttle would Come oupick me up at the car rrntal s rental service but they forgot to mention only if its located at the airport. So we had to ride a shuttle from the car rental place to the airport then take the shuttle back.

Front desk reception lady working the evening shift was by far the most kind and helpful person I met in Utah. She took care of my needs and made me so much happier at the tail end of my trip. I didn't catch her name but she was so very kind.#neverforgetU

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was good.

I booked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle. When I called to request a pick up, I was told that the driver would be unavailable for an extended period of time. I ended up paying $27 for a cab ride to the hotel.

The hotel was well kept up and it had a nice breakfast included.

The location of the hotel wasn't the best with a dilapidated Ramada Inn right behind it. There were postings in the back lot that anything stolen or damaged wasn't Hampton Inn's responsibility.

Great if you're flying out the next morning with the proximity to airport. Friendly staff was great to work with. Clean hotel for the most part. Good value for the most part.

Some aging / wear and tear on the walls. Stain on curtains. Breakfast was out of stock on a few items, but got restocked after we were there for a bit. Easy to hear other people thru thin walls. Cheap soap in the bathroom was chalky and didn't lather.

Thet rented the conf room next to mine for a gradu party. Listened to very loud music from 730pm to 11pm. Called down and was told they would not trade me rooms and to suck it up until they were done. Was very tired and had 12hr drive in the AM. BAD BAD

The staff behind the counter were focused on checking people in and not dealing with people in a hospital.

They charged me extra $100 and pretend they can¿t see that in the system. It spoiled my thanksgiving.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff were extra helpful and made our shuttle service to and from the airport seamless. I will stay at this hotel again in the future.

Staff was friendly.

I was very surprised that the staff did not wear any masks. I will not be staying at this hotel again for this reason.

I loved everything about the hotel, the cleanliness, the location, room size, the staff that I encountered were warm and friendly and made you feel welcomed

Absolutely more premium channels for the television.

The staff was very helpful in so very many ways! The extra care that was given to ensure cleanliness was very much appreciated. The room was the best in which I stayed on my 6 night vacation. I definitely would recommend this hotel!

The room was amazing !!! Dont know if they are all like that but, loved that one !!!

The time it's taking to get my 50$ deposit back. Take it out right away but, have to wait days for it to be returned back on card? Not cool.

The room was clean, spacious. Bathroom shower ceiling was delapatating. People slamming doors shouting out the window and thumping from the room above me. So overall I was not comfortable and did not rest well. Did not like my stay there.

easy to check into, close to freeway and downtown
