Staff, parking charge and ticket didn’t work had to pay additional fee to get out. Did not get a refund for services that did not work. No cookies on top of that!

Nothing was special about this hotel

I did not like that I had to pay $60 to park my truck in the parking garage and it wouldn’t fit without scraping the roof. My truck is stock no lift. I did not like that I had to pay $24 for a standard microwave breakfast that I served myself. Overpriced!

The air conditioner wasn’t controlled by me. My daughter was cold all night

It was quiet and felt safe

The AC was horrible. It wouldn’t go lower than 70 and it felt much hotter than that. We couldn’t sleep. Also the pillows have zero structure. Breakfast and parking is super expensive.

Parking and a dirty sock left in room smelled like feet when we walked in. We sprayed carpet with lysol.

we have a dog and this hotel is not set up for dogs. no dog area for dogs to do there business. $18 dollars a day parking is way to high, this will stop me from returning here.

Downtown and close to everything

There was remodeling happening during the stay. But they were very good about keeping it during working hours

They are in middle of upgrading the interior lobby, restaurant, common areas, pool and hot tub.. but otherwise it was a nice clean hotel. The rooms (or the one I stayed in) was all upgraded and new and was pretty nice and made my 4-day stay very good.

The staff was very kind. Our room was clean and very nice.

Never was told when booked; Pool/Spa closed, restaurant &bar relocated to small conference room. Major renovations all over! Lobby, main downstairs area, pool/spa,restaurant.All at once!Jackhammering tile floors, dust everywhere. Wait yo stay until done!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and gave us 2 very warm chocolate chip cookies, when we checked in. The room was clean, bed was soft and the overall experience was fantastic,

Now

Our checkin person was extremely friendly and helpful when we stated we had a vehicle with a car top carrier she knew our car wouldn't fit into the garage so she directed us where to park outside. Also, she gave great instructions for bringing our doggie.

The only thing I would say was the bed was harder than what we are used to using but we were comfortable anyways.
