Nice rooms

During check in and after I provided my credit card for incidentals, I was told they charged $5 for parking. I found this ridiculous and will not stay there again.

Price was very good vs the next level up in hotels. Very friendly staff and very good exersize rm. The hotel room was clean over all but I could tell someone missed vacumming the main room area, otherwise very clean. Also liked it being pet friendly.

There is a smell when you first opened the room door and went in, like an old hotel smell. Once in you did not notice it much though.

Quiet location, close to airport, free shuttle to and from airport, light-rail nearby, friendly staff

No ice machine.

The staff was great helpful and cheerful in every respect. the location was perfect

the carpets in the hall and room were shabby and in need of replacement. which gave a bad first appearance.

Love this hotel, the room was clean and very functional. It was a little farther from the airport than expected but that was ok.

The room was not at all clean. The bathroom had mold/dirt in the corners of the shower. And there was an awful smell

The room smelled like old ramen and stale cigarettes. My eyes were bloodshot when I woke up. I would never stay here again. It is old, run down, and smelly. I couldn¿t wait to get out of there!

Staying here was GREAT! Staff was friendly and helpful. Liked it so much we extended our stay! WE WILL BE BACK

Is one of the biggest complaints that I seen was a small parking lot. People please realize that my parking lot does it spend too behind the building as well.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

The location of this hotel was sketchy and there were no amenities within walking distance. Half of the parking lot was flooded and I was hesitant to leave the hotel to get anything, because I didn't want to lost my "dry spot."

The kitchen suite was awesome-fridge, microwave, and stove top were excellent amenities for travellers to be able to heat/cook food and store cold items/freezer pacs. The bed was comfy. This was a really great deal for the rate advertised!

Hotel had decent soundproofing to airport but I had a very heavy occupant thudding around on the floor above me. It literally sounded like an elephant and made my room vibrate! Might suggest putting very heavy guests on 1st floor.

I liked that it was a suite & it had a kitchenette. The living room and room had its own TV which was awesome. The front desk were always accommodating and friendly.

The hall & my room had a weird smell. The bed was squeaky & the plumbing needs to be up to date. The incidental hold was too much for the condition that hotel is in. It¿s outdated.

Competent, friendly staff! Check in was a breeze, our room was clean and completely stocked with everything we would need. Comfy beds and pillows. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you

Hair in bathtub. Walls needed to be painted. Hallway smelled.

This hotel has been a haunt of ours for ages. The staff are friendly, the laundry and pantry are a great addition that most hotels don't have.
