Hilton Salt Lake City

It was clean; bed was comfortable.

$$$$; no microwave; $37 parking/night RIDICULOUS! No breakfast; elevators slow; sub-par tv guide/listings-only listed the networks! In house restaurant very SLOW & $$$-we left after waiting over 45". Bad bthrm lighting; no ice. I could go on . . .

The location

It was a nice hotel but the room we stayed in was very much outdated, however it was very clean. We could not lower the air conditioning below 65 degrees and on the 14th floor, it felt more like 75* but we didn't ask staff so maybe that was on us.

Good location

Upon arrival, no valets there, entry door broken, no concierge at concierge desk. Terrible check-in service and personnel. Worst I've seen in a Hilton anywhere in the world.

Was quiet and the pillows were awesome!

The bed was super hard!

The hotel overall was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and polite and helpful.

I have stayed at motel 6's with better quality mattresses. I felt the room comforts were defiantly not 4 star rated. The bed was like sleeping on bricks.

You are paying for location. The hotel was nice and clean the room was good size and clean but nothing special for the higher price

Clean. Well maintained. Bedding was perfect. Air conditioning is quiet! We didn't hear any neighbors.

It was in the city central to everything

For the price it was very nice but $35 for parking was a little harsh.

It was located downtown

Guess I never read about the parking and was blown away at the extra $35 a night to park. But then when I went to park my truck was to tall for the garage. Take note that large trucks don't fit. Also no complementary coffee in the lobby.

The location was perfect - 5 minute walk to Salt Palace Convention Center and 15 to the Delta Center.

Overpriced restaurants and unfriendly registration staff.

The room was NEVER CLEANED OR MADE for all 3 days we stayed. NO housekeeping service even if we requested 3 times. The AC in the room didn't work properly. The air purifier was SUPER LOUD.

THE STAFF WAS AMAZING

YOU HAD TO GO DOWN TO BREAKFAST AND YOU WERE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE THINGS BACK TO YOUR ROOM. TO BE SEATED AND THE WAIT TIMWAS LONG BY THE TIME WE COULD GO IN THE BREAKFAST WAS OVER. THE TUBS IN BOTH ROOMS WERE PLUGGED AND DIRTY, NO COMPENSATION WAS GIVEN

Location

Heat/cool controls in the room did not operate properly. Heat came on in the middle of the night and would not turn off even when unit was switched turn off. Room temperature reached 89 degrees.

Good location. Nice size room. Clean. Good amenities. On site underground parking.

$32/day fee for parking.

The room privacy

The cost of parking, and the lobby smelled like barbecue, because of the restaurant within.

Location was awesome and staff was amazing.

When I booked the hotel I reviewed the pictures and they did not represent the hotel room we got at all. This might be a 4 star hotel but the room was inline with a 2.5 star.
