Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City

Location to airport and the soccer fields. The staff was super helpful and very cordial.

Hotel employee at the front desk was delightful. She saw I was a solo female and gave me some safety tips. The room itself was immaculate. I ordered dinner at the restaurant to go and it was tasty. The breakfast buffet was not included ($9 per person)

The room was great and clean.

Poor happy hour and service.

Rooms were a good size and clean

I with there were more food and gas choices but that is nothing bad about the hotel, just location. If you are between flights this is a perfect stop.

The king bed was hard and felt like spring where on mattress . It was not a true king it was in between a king and a Queen . The last hotel I stayed at I had a king bed and this def was smaller . It was cold in the hallways when you walk to the rooms.

Clean room, location next to airport

Terrible bed, elevator was heavily impacted by construction and we had to wait for a long time to use it. Breakfast was cold and not good at all.

My truck got broke into they tried to steal it had to be towed to shop and I had to get a rental car

The staff was very pleasant

The toilet was broken & dirty, hair in the bathtub, had to wait about 20 minutes to get into our rooms because system key issues, pool was out of service which devastated my kids, elevator broken, & no free breakfast

Hotel staff was excellent and very courteous. Is a little older hotel but everything was clean. Restaurant had very good food. Breakfast was good but gravy could have been mixed better & warmer. I would most definitely stay there again.

Wanted an airport hotel... we got one

Like many businesses they use COVID as an excuse for poor service. No shuttle no breakfast.

Proximity to the airport, the bar and restaurant in lobby and the bedding...oh...the bedding!!! The bathroom was fabulously laid out with plenty of towels, so thank you for that as well!!

Convenient to the SLC airport; allowed us to leave our vehicle their for the duration of our vacation ($5/day, great rate!)

There was not free breakfast. Which is ok, but we were charged 12.99 a person for food that was far from eatable and my stomach was sick for the 3 hour drive home.

The food

Room is big, clean and comfortable. Price is reasonable. And staffs at the front desk are friendly and helpful.

However, we were surprised to see there are THREE duplicate charges on our credit card. We called several times and nothing got solved. Now we have to try disputing those duplicate charges through credit card. What a messy!

VERY QUICK CHECKING IN, THE SIZE OF THE ROOM, CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM, STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND THE CHECKING OUT WAS QUICK.

Friendly Employees..quick check in, good food

both elevators were down and our rooms were on 4th floor with my grandma over 80 years old. It was fixed until the morning we left.
