    Pros +

    • The parking garage
    • The big room was fantastic
    • The amazing room they got us was outstanding and perfect for the size of 6 we were. Thank you! The afternoon staff that checked us in on Thursday the 20th was so kind and helped us get a better room for the size we were, thanks so much!

    Cons -

    • stayed at this hotel on several different occasions and have been pleased with it, however, this time was different and I don’t know what’s changed. Our room, one of the doors wouldn’t latch and there was a broken window. Don’t know if I’ll be back.
    • Parking was either $20 a night or just street side parking. The pool was outdoor only so it was closed
    • The staff in late AM, very early PM Thursday the 20th was not interested in helping us out and when we asked a few questions about where to eat, she responded with, "I am not from around here, I don't have any clue!" Staff after her was amazing/helpful!

The suite with a kitchen and elevator that went from the parking garage to the room floor.

The room was a little old and dingy.

    4Verified guestPosted on: 8-26-2024

Jacuzzi broken. Pool dirty. Cushions in breakfast area all stained. Breakfast was overcooked and dried out. Even the husband who eats anything though it was bad. Bathroom tub caulk old and spot moldy. Faucet held on by caulk. Tun chipped. Drain not clean.

Friendly staff, updated decor, very comfy bed and pillows, ceiling fan, quiet AC, lots of storage, lighted mirror, large, refillable soap bottles, variety of breakfast items, nice pool and hot tub with pool towels, pet friendly with big park next door.

There were so many homeless people outside the hotel that kept coming in the hotel. They were on drugs and they would yell at us and threaten us when we were walking into the hotel. Our kids did not feel safe. Human poop on the sidewalk by front door.

The room was great. The breakfast was good

The location is on skid row. The hotel does a good job of keeping you away from this, as long as you don?t go out. It should be known in your ad that the parking is an extra 10 dollars a day, because a person will want that.

We enjoyed the spacious suite and extra room that it gave us.

The room was on the third floor and was pet friendly. The problem we experienced was a complete invasion of ants overnight to the dog food. They completely took over the room and we had to clean up and get out as soon as possible in the morning.

    The room size and quality

Yes. The breakfast was disappointing because only Mexican-style (too spicy) pancakes were served. I missed hot eggs, such as scrambled eggs.

    9RicardoPosted on: 1-31-2024

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Hotel employee at the front desk went above and beyond during check in. I was very satisfied with the breakfast served and the fitness center was actually very well equipped and maintained.

There were some minor issues but overall I enjoyed my stay and would return if in town again.

Great staff and nice clean rooms.

Lots of transient people around the premises. But there¿s not a lot the hotel can do about that it was just off putting. No one¿s fault.

    10JanetPosted on: 1-15-2024

Very clean, love the king suite with the separate bedroom and the kitchenette.

    10ShellyPosted on: 1-11-2024

Rooms were awesome so was breakfast.

Lots of homeless people. Pay for parking. Then you are secure.

    10ShellyPosted on: 1-9-2024

Room was great breakfast was great.

Location. Lots of homeless people. But you could park in the parking garage.

    10CatherinePosted on: 12-29-2023

The cleanliness, amenities, location, staff and feel like we¿re Home as its pet friendly. We¿d enjoy our stay. I loved hilton hotels and motels.

None so Far everything was great.

    9StephenPosted on: 6-26-2023

Location and parking were excellent. Breakfast was good too.

Air conditioning was struggling to keep up and it wasn¿t very hot outside. Pool was closed due to maintenance also.

    Spacious room; pretty good breakfast.

didn't like the location and didn't feel safe to park in front of the hotel.

    3ColleenPosted on: 3-23-2023

    the breakfast

there was no soap in the bathroom, carpet dirty, room had a musty smell.

    4KristopherPosted on: 3-22-2023

The location was nice. Some issues with homeless passing by, but used to that in every city.

Where do I start? I reported blood and fecal matter on the bathroom walls. I had to clean it because housekeeping never showed up. Coffee machine was broken. A staff member left the front desk on Saturday night to apparently go on a date.
