Pros +
- Classy rooftop heated pool in the winter and the omelet station for breakfast. New favorite in SLC. Pay the extra $30 a night and stay here because you will experience like you spent double.
- We usually stay at the Holiday inn or the Hampton. This time we spent a little extra and went here for my wife's birthday weekend. Totally worth it. They even have an omelet station in the morning and the rooftop pool in the winter was really awesome.
- The filtered water in room, rooftop pool and breakfast.
Cons -
- Parking confusing and not enough of it for guests in the garage. Not paying 25 bucks for parking outside with transients camping in the parking lot.
- Parking is 25 bucks a night but The free breakfast makes up for it.
- Parking in the garage was always full

Parking in the garage was always full
We could not adjust the temperature in the room. No matter what we tried, the fan ran but no cool air. We like to sleep in a cooler room, but no go in this one. Everything else was lovely.
Modern, clean and adequately appointed
Just a few blocks off the beaten track and not convenient for walking to downtown
The room was very spacious had a kitchen and the view
Staff wasn¿t very welcoming nor helpful. Valet staff never had the car ready never opened the doors on our return and was welcoming or respectful.
Location! Right across the street from our daughter’s apartment!
Friendly and clean!
Location was great for what we had planned. The room was clean the view amazing!
The breakfast could have had more options with more protein. A few items could have been explained better such as parking and other services, but we would stay here again!
One of my fav hotels in the US, facilities, the food, location, price, all 10/10
Clean, comfortable and wonderful breakfast
Excellent location, nice spacious room, staff was friendly and attentive.
Cell phone signal was bad in our room, WiFi was very slow as well.
Everything feels good quality, the bed was incredibly comfortable and location was perfect
Price seems a little high but I stayed on a holiday so I assume that was the reason
Staff, location, breakfast
We paid for a room with a view, but got a view of the next door building. The hotel really does not have any rooms with a good view.
Breakfast was great.
Front desk staff was cold and did not make us feel welcome. Neither did the pool staff. The housekeeper was wonderful. They tried to charge me for stuff from their store. Wasn't me. The Caucasian staff reminded me of the old school stuck up typical Utahns being rude to my mom when I was little. Judging and rude
The hotel has a stylish design, comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was really good, with a decent variety to start the day.
The only minor drawback was that the pool wasn’t heated, but overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it for a downtown visit
It was perfect for our needs. Easy check-in, convenient parking, elegantly simple, immaculate room with super-comfy bed + bedding! Restaurant downstairs was a delightful surprise - food
Everything was great. It was nice and clean. The staff was very kind. They even let me check in early. The amenities were great (the gym and the pool).
If anything could’ve been better, maybe just the water pressure in the shower.
Staff and cleanliness
Breakfast was inconsistent.I would prefer a more comfortable chair
I like that there’s a rooftop bar! Also the room was pretty clean!
I didn’t like housekeeping almost walking in our room at 9am because there was no “do not disturb” signs. We also got a room call 15 min later, a little early if you’ve had a long night.
