The staff was always friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were very clean. The coffee and fresh baked cookies were a nice surprise

There was no microwave in the room or access to a microwave in the hotel for warming up take home goodies

Dangerous area, was approached by homeless people that have apartments on corner of same block and refugee center next to the hotel.

The location was great. It was nice to be within walking distance from all the downtown shopping. Definitely more of an adult setting with the bar/nightclub in the hotel.

I prepaid for my hotel room but still had a $273 hold placed on my account for several days. $273 is more than what I paid for the room. I wasn't told that this hold would be placed. I noticed it when I checked my account.

Got downgraded and was still the same price so I feel like I got robbed in a way, got the king with the big bathroom shower but then got downgraded to a two queen bed room and small bedroom

One of The cleaning personnel has woken us by knocking on the door very loudly around 10am even though we had a late check out. We were sleeping. She then proceeded to let herself into our room and actually walk towards us as we were sleeping! I should have called the police after this incident but I only reported it to the staff. The manager did not even call to apologize. I will be pursuing this case with the headquarters of this hotel. Horrible and rude latina woman who entered our room and did not even apologize. I am still in deep shock and my daughter left very traumatized by this event.

Roof top pool and bar. Rooms were nicely appointed and very clean.

The room was nice.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and even in the 10th floor it was very noisy. Overall we thought it was expensive for what we got especially given the peeling was an extra charge.

I liked the size of the room, rooftop pool and bar were excellent, although the pool was crowded at weekends. Breakfast was also excellent and the staff were super friendly. It’s a good location and only 15 mins from the airport.

The sitting area of our suite was a little sparce…..could have done with a few cushions!Also there were enough coffee options for the in room coffee machine.

It was walking distance from everything we did. Hotel was nice and clean and the pool stayed open late.

The price I locked in on booking.com was less than what they charged at the hotel. It was $70 more when I was charged. Paying for parking when paying $400 a night is a little ridiculous.

Location was great.

The whole ceiling was never painted, it was just cement, dust falling off. Told front desk but as if they did not care. Room was 804. Too bad I was not able to take pictures.

Overall it was good. But they tried to charge me for my breakfast which was included in my stay and took ages to resolve.

Great location, helpful staff, bed was sooo comfortable. Rooftop bar/restaurant was great for both food and views.

Room service comes in a brown bag in take out containers. Food was great but if I’m going to pay full menu price +, I’d like to eat off of real dishes and not with plastic utensils. Call me old fashioned I guess..

Breakfast was very good, not included in the hotel rate, but expensive. Location very good.

The roof top bar is very strict on alcohol policies beyond the roof top bar. If you bring a cup with ANY liquid/beverage they will throw it away without consent.
