No fridge parking fee staff breakfast sucked I clicked on Free parking and breakfast and just had muffin and cereal which I could not eat. No beagles

The nozzle to the shower was flipped around and it was really Dirty dried up paint/concrete on floor an toilet bowl,ect if you stay I highly recommend you record and take pictures and let them know what the hell's going on

Staff was ok

I wasn’t aware there was gonna be $150 deposit. I had to come up with the money or they wouldn’t let me have the room I paid for. There should’ve been clearly noted when I paid for the motel online.

The staff were very friendly and kind and had great customer service

It was a hotel 6 and It reall has no difference except the continental breakfast that is more like a to go breakfast consisting of apple juice, orange juice, milk, choice of blueberry, chocolate, chip, chocolate, and or banana nut muffins and cereal

It was in a convenient location and the staff was friendly

The pool was under construction and there were amenities listed that were not offered.

The room was kind of gross. The bed was clean but there was hair in the sink, hair on the bathroom floor, the toilet had skid marks on the bottom, there was some random goo spots on the tables.

Nothing, it was the worst room I have ever stayed in

Cigeret holes in all the bedding, damaged walls, floors, and no hot water

30+flies in room, i asked for a tub (not honored), no towels in room and I didnt feel safe leaving the room to go ask because of the type of people that were hanging around. Someone knocked loudly late night, had locks but not safe. Multiple times cops

Homeless are all in that property and I didn¿t feel safe

After seeing the drunks outside and probably other things going on I canceled my reservations and got another hotel for the night!

Nothing!!!! Dirty beyond belief, drug paraphernalia in bedding, urine on toilet and base of toilet, garbage on floor under bed. Ceiling fan hanging by wires. Staff impaired/high. Awful customer service. Do not book here!

Security guard on sight all night long, and fast check in.

Homeless people around the area wondered on to property and were complicating things for me.

Closeness to the stadium, only 2.8 mi. Close to Trax ( mass transit) Helpful staff. Cleanliness, although smelled like powerful disinfectant

Guard from 7PM at night for the night suggested we were not in a safe part of town? Chain link fence around hotel. No water in the pool.

Excellent front desk staff. Good location except it seems like a dangerous area.

Noisy late at night and early in the morning - Not the staffs fault, but inconsiderate patrons. Probably should increase security as it seems like a dangerous area.

The staff was friendly.

The hotel was loud. There was music blasting and people screaming and banging all night. The staff didn¿t do anything about it. The hotel was just nasty and dingy as well.

It¿s dirty so many homeless people it¿s not a safe place for people to rent no room service and ada room is dirty holes on the sheets dog poop poop all over

How clean the rooms were and i had to clean my own room thia time because staff didn't do it.

Very clean and staff was very nice.

The room was very clean, but there was a stale cigarette smell. Fridge didn't work very well.

No deposit required. Helpful when struggling and just want a place to stay that is safe.

Not very clean! Used entire bottle of bleach spray over the room and still found many areas still in need of cleaning.

That I didn't find bed bugs and it was a place to lay my head
