Beautiful hotel and perfect location! The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great view of the city!

Great location, offers airport transportation. Has 2 restaurants and a 24-hour market place. Beds were extremely comfortable. Walk in shower.

Valet service lacked customer service. I actually ended speaking to a manager at the front desk because it bothered me quite a bit. Every time they got my car, they never once assisted. My sister has MS and was using a walker and no one ever assisted her. And when I would come back to turn in the car, I was ignored more than once. One valet thought I was a Lyft/Uber driver waiting to pickup someone.

This hotel is a big meh. I know it's new and the initial impression is 4star plus, but it doesn't compare to other hotels in its price range. The coffee maker didn't work, my whole family was woke up by a raging party at 4am- I don't begrudge them for having fun, sounded awesome, but why in the world would you place a family and a group of 20 something men in rooms meant to be connected? The bathroom smelled like old urine with zero counter space and we had a tow sticker on our car which was parked in the paid garage overnight. We paid for parking, I'm still super confused on that one, just glad we grabbed it before they did!. The total price was around $360 with fees, it was a "get through" experience, not relaxing and pleasant. Unless we specifically need the location we'll choose somewhere else next time.

Great amenities, beautiful views, spotless, quiet, and lovely staff. The location is wonderful - close to great restaurants and sites!

Incredible stay at a truly outstanding hotel.From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. I travel frequently, and it’s easy for hotel experiences to blur together—but this one stood out as one of the best. The rooms were beautiful, super clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. Every detail was taken care of, and the amenities were absolutely first-class. The entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was seamless and flawless. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful hotel, very convenient as it is right next to the convention center which was our primary destination. Lots of great dining inside and around the hotel. Very clean, new, comfortable rooms. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

When other people are leaving their rooms, the door slams behind them and rattles, what feels like, the entire floor. The bedsheets were pretty loud when moving around at night and the pillows were not comfortable at all. I also wish the rooms were a little bigger, especially with a king size and pull out bed.
