They must have great housekeepers. For as old as it is, the once upon a time smoking rooms were definitely attempted to get the smell out .

Front clerk was not really friendly.

The location

The AC was pretty loud and dusty. Cleanliness is "OK" at best, not the greatest.

Not a thing! Worst hotel I've ever stayed at

Poor service. Deadbolt on room door wouldn't work. They gave me another room. The bathroom light in that room kept going dark.

The breakfast waffles were excellent. Had lots of free parking. The room was clean, was roomy for the price and had three pillows.

Coffee was barely drinkable. The orange juice tasted more like Gatorade. The paint was very aged.

Check in and check out was easy.

There were broken entry doors and the gate to open the entrance into the parking area was run down.

A few items could be updated, but overall clean and comfortable beds for the night. Price was right for a quick turnaround.

Nothing except the location. My daughter had a surgery at Common Spirit and we were quite close.

Dingy, not very clean and the pillows really sucked!

The woman that was at the desk for 2 night.

Dirty tub ring, ripe in top sheet and bedspread was wrong side. Also found a orange bandana between the night stand and bed. Rm 217

The staff was very kind and helpful, no problems there.

Great staff, however this was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. There were red stains all over the floor in my room, 2 of the pillows had black smudges, there were 3 brown stains on my sheet i didnt see til the second morning. Left after one night.

They had promoted shuttle to airport and that was not true. The person behind the counter was rude, when I asked. I explained that I booked cause of the amenities specifically shuttle service.

I had a handicap parking space right at the front door even at the 11 o’clock hour p.m. that I checked in it was available and the room was absolutely wonderful. I felt very well taken care of and understood as a disabled client.

The only negative about my visitors I lost a ring off my hand during the night, and I know I lost it when I adjusted my pillow over my head and in the morning one hotel staff member looked for it and said they could not find it but I know it’s there.

did not give deposit back because he said room smell of cigarette. This person saw my husband & son smoked outside, so smell probably was on clothes. My husband is a painter, so butt of cigarettes are in his pants so we threw in rubbish & he said he saw

Price and location!!

The bed! It's great that they added hot food to the breakfast bar, but the one thing you can't mess up is the bed and they did!!

Staff did not return my airpods that I accidentally left, Front desk tried to find them. Located them from "find my" device on phone at a residence in Salt Lake City. Very disappointed in cleaning staff.

The glass around the front desk made it feel like you were in a rough area. The smell in the room, not sure if it was dirty socks or vinegar in the A/C.

Clean room. Hot breakfast.

We arrived late and had to take leftover parking at the far edge of the parking lot. There wasn't a lot of outside lighting in that part of the lot, not a good thing for a woman going to her car at night.

Tub drain was broken. The breakfast closing time of 9AM was too early.

It was the worst stay of my life they had bed bug fleas and tics and not only that they let people bring their dogs in

Staff was friendly, check in was quick, breakfast was hot and delicious, room was clean, and the shower water was hot.
