Hyatt Place Slc Downtown Gateway

The location is perfect for a trip downtown. Great breakfast.

Parking is very limited. Overflow parking require validation. Beds are a bit too firm for me.

Everything, staff was great, breakfast was awesome and the location was excellent for where we were going. The room was so nice. I¿d stay there again.

It was easy to jump on trax.

Because it was close to trax it was NOISY! Squeaky trax. I¿m sad that there is nothing of interest left in Gateway mall.

There was a fee for parking at the hotel we stayed at¿which was full. So we had to pay to park in another lot and weren¿t reimbursed for it although we were told we would be.

Front desk receptionist was rude and I was discriminated against.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was beautiful.

The reason this hotel did not get five star was parking. They charged 10 dollars for overflow parking. Also not enough carts, made a difference because we parked so far away many trips to car was impossible.

No microwave in room. Evening staff not as professional as the morning staff.

That it was down the st from a cute little street with lights and music and that it was down the st from Panda Express. Breakfast was good too. Also it is so far from city creek when walking.

The staff at the front desk was not all that friendly. When I said that you, one of the girls didn¿t respond. The room we stays it was sooooo loud from all the cars driving and the train. Did not sleep well either night

When i was bringing in and taking out my luggage on a luggage cart they people cleaning the rooms had stuff spread thru the hallway so i literally ran over sheets or had to move something to get by.. that was the only issue which happened coming and going

Smoking on our floor. Called front desk and they did nothing. A couple of the staff not pleasant. For an hour there was a verbal fight across the hall! Yelling and slamming doors!

Being next to Vivant Smart Home Arena

The bad placement of the toilets. Glasses in room were not clean
