Garner Hotel Salt Lake City Airport

Even tho near the airport, the airplane noise was minimal

I booked because it said breakfast was provided, but hotel was remodeling so nothing was available. One morning bread and a toaster was put out. More effort to provide what was promised would have been appreciated

LOCATION

Under construstion/ reno No breakfast..just a coffee machine

Air conditioner did not work, door would not lock, lobby was being remodeled

Once again I got a newly remodeled room.

Both times I stayed here the fridges froze my drinks solid.

Rate for 2 nite stay.

Carpets were dirty and smelly (hallways and room).

No spa or swimming pool for another yr. Only about 10 channels and some were blurry small towels and only 1

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location only minutes from the airport, but not overly noisy with airplanes going in and out.

The pool and hot tub were down. Picked that hotel for the hot tub and they were unusable. Very unset kids.

Close to the airport

Wasn't accommodating to family situation. Wrong room. No extra pillows and random cleaning ladies walking into your room without permission way before check out.

No like most super8 ,nun down carpet was stained hallway where not clean bed were bad will not use again

I tried to pre pay the 100.00 deposit and couldn't. I tried to pay upgrade to microwave and fridge couldn't. My daughter wanted to take her kids into my son's room to change her babies diaper! desk person locked them out. Threatened to take deposit awa

It was nice and quiet very remote but accommodating non the less.

Lamp blew out I reported it nothing was done, breakfast was ok. But once it was finished they never bothered on replenishing it even if more people were waiting for some food I even had to have breakfast at a restaurant because they just didn't bothered.

Excellent motel, I believe it is family owned.The breakfast, eggs,sausage,waffles, yogurt,cereal,juice,oatmeal,fruit and rolls was one of the best breakfast incluced motels we stayed at on our roadtrip out west.

Very good price for a very clean comfortable large room.

Airport Shuttle, free breakfeast, inexpensive.

Musty smell in room

The bed was fairly comfortable. We had a leaking toilet. Moved us to another room.

The new room had water leaking on the carpet. Also, the room smelled bad and had old worn furniture.

The night clerk was very helpful. Can't say much good about the day time clerk,,, I felt like asking him anything was a bother of his time from his cell phone!!!! And to add from the comment below,,, the indoor pool was very cold , hot tub was nice

Having to ask for items to be refilled at breakfast.... And it was very dirty with people spilling things all over the counter and no one cleaned it up, keeping the food area clean and tidy during food service is a must to me, I retired from food service.

Nothing. It was a dive, filthy, the staff were rude, & minimal services. I definitely deserve a refund. It was the worst stay ever!!!

Price, close to airport

Under remodel and water stains in bathroom ceiling.

The front desk staff was friendly. Convenient for flights and leaving car.

Construction mess in hallways.
