The breakfasts were good.

Our bedspread had what looked like fecal matter on it. When we told the manager, all he said was ?sorry about that?.

Wonderful staff and clean, incredibly comfortable rooms. This is truly one of the finest hotels I?ve ever had the pleasure to stay in. I have definitely found my new home base in the Salt Lake area!

Breakfast was terrible. All carbohydrates and hardly any protein and no good fats. I was surprised how run down the room felt/looked for the price we paid. We won¿t stay here again.

It was clean and had a decent breakfast.

They said we smoked in the room which is funny because we are not smokers. Charged us 75.00 fee. Very upsetting when you know you didn¿t do anything wrong. Even worse we were up there taking our son to the Childrens hospital.

Location was great, and even though it was right off a busy street, it was still quiet. We could also keep the room nice and dark if we wanted for nap time.

The internet was atrocious. I wasn't able to watch a whole 20 minute episode of my Netflix show, and to rub it in, Hilton tried to offer me to upgrade to the premium internet for an extra $5 per day. Unethical business practice in my opinion.

The privacy and the breakfast were great! Was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much

Nothing comes to kind about the hotel that I didn¿t like. My room was quite a walk away from the front lobby but otherwise I had no complaints at all.

Location and friendly staff

Just that staff couldn't explain about the movie options for our TV and we were unable to rent a movie in our room. When we went to breakfast, everything was gone. It seems silly but when a continental is advertised it shouldnt be gone in 2 hours.

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location by the university with a caring staff. I felt welcome and appreciated.

I'm grateful for the hot breakfast. An attendant served fresh waffles. The location was perfect. The hotel was very clean & free parking is a plus. I plan on staying here again!

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and at home. After several not good hotel stays, it was nice to find this one. We will stay there again!

Room was quiet, clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast variety was pretty good.

The staff made check in and check out almost too easy. Desk staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Although we did not eat breakfast, the breakfast bar had some different items than we usually see so that was nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The breakfast on the go was nice

I asked if they had special rates for Huntsman patients and the staff person said yes but they could not make the reservation and had me call another #. The person said there were no such rates. Upon arrival desk clerk said there was but we didn't get any

Room was very spacious, clean, and quiet.

No complaints--it was far better than I had expected!

When I got to the hotel I was earlier than my check in date. The gentleman up front, was so kind and checked me in anyways and even accommodated my father who was with me for doctor appointments. They were kind and so understanding.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable and staff was very courteous and helpful.

Super nice room! We were extremely pleased that the room was so nice. Everything was so convienant for my husbands visit to the VA. Eateries were close. Breakfast was very good. Thank you!

I absolutely loved the breakfast every morning, the business center, and the fitness center! The third floor balcony was also beautiful and such a great overlook for my first time in Salt Lake City! I had a great experience at this hotel!

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They made it much easier for me. My mother is "older" and they offered a wheelchair or walker if I needed it, and helped a whole lot!!The room was immaculate and I loved the bedding! so very nice!
