Fantastic hotel; clean, modern, warm and inviting. The breakfast was delicious, the Staff were kind, polite, and ready to assist. I'll be staying again next month. Plenty of resturants within walking distance, sites within 2 miles including the University.

Solid construction and quiet rooms
Parking is a bit tight , a little bit tricky getting to. The thermostat in the room doesn't control the temperature

Trash cans in halls always full. One bag of trash sat on the floor by the elevator the 2 days we were there Remote was not working wellFreezer.was full of ice and unusable

The location was good. The available amenities around were good.
The staff was short-tempered when we arrived to check-in. The bathroom was dirty. There were no toiletries to use the restroom or take a shower. The bed was a bit stiff for my liking, and it felt worn out.
