Rooms were ok

I had to get our keys, re-keyed at least 14 times if you leave the property, your key no longer works

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was hot, and the pool was warm.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast selection.

The bed was nice. The room was average for Holiday Inn express.

It seemed as though the hotel is becoming a little rundown it could use a little tuneup

TNo airport shuttle after 11pm. Our flight arrived at 11:30 pm.smenities lists airport shuttle. The exclusion has to be read on website "about our hotel". Room was clean but there was an odor.

Very uncomfortable bed. My heater was broken.. someone put soap in the lotion dispenser. Breakfast was never served on time , making it impossible for me to eat breakfast there because I had to go to work.

most of the staff were wonderful. The woman who checked me in very busy talking on the phone. i was unimpressed by her.

I asked for a very quiet room. I got a room right by the freeway. It was noisy all night. I got no rest. The person who checked me in didnot listen to my request at all. There were tons of open rooms on the side of the hotel away from freeway noise.

Staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Check in/out processes were quick. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious with great coffee.

Were not given the rooms we reserved and had to change rooms 3 times we were told they were out of the rooms we paid for and sorry two people will not have a place to sleep Tried to charge us for another room for other two people Parking not free

The rooms were clean and quiet even though it was by the airport.

Location is right by the airport! We arrived late and left early so were only there to sleep one night.

The hotel could use some updating, I expected a Holiday Inn to be something other than a rebranded older hotel.

In a hidden location yet, fairly close to everything.

One bed for four people. Three towels. Mosquitoes in the room. No tissues in bathroom. Bathroom curtains were dirty.

hardly anything, too many bed bugs. caught 3, gave it to the front office.

Yes bed bugs. Hotel would not give us a different room. Got bitten 8 times. both bed has bed bugs. sat up all night in the chair. caught 3 bed bugs and turned it in to the front desk. Staff said management would call us, which they never did. A sorry hote

Location and the style was nice.

The pictures posted where generic. All rooms are not equal. They do not have couches in the picture like all showed. The floor on level 3 was bumpy and uneven. It was very unstable. The floor in our room was wet and gross feeling. Hair in the bathroom.

Convenient location to airport and airport shuttle available.

I arrived at 10:30 pm to airport and attempted to call for shuttle service. No one answered the phone listed at the airport for multiple attempts. Ultimately got Uber to hotel. At 0100, someone opened my door and accessed my room, stopped only by latch.
