Mini fridge and microwave and cleanliness.
Manager, Chase, helpful, friendly, professional
Closeness to the highway.
Unfriendly staff. I didn¿t feel welcome. Office smelled bad. Room number on door was broken. No carpet. Floor tile cracked, broken, and curling. Skimpy amenities. Hall was cluttered with buckets, mops, brooms, snow shovels.
The Staff was friendly and the office area and the room was clean. The price was ok the hotel.
The smoke alarm was broken and the deadbolt lock didn't work on the door.
Friendly staff. Very leam room.
Loud heater.
Swiming pool
Could use a little remodeling. Went to turn on the lamp and the socket was broken and still plugged in very dangerous. Outside trash needed to be emptied
The guy at the front desk was really nice. We were traveling with a Dog and he put us in the perfect room. Ground floor, next to some grass. Surprisingly quiet there. When we got up in the morning, the hotel was full. We barely heard anything.
Easy checking in .
There was left over hair in the shower when we got there. And the hair dryer did not work. Paid for breakfast and got a bag breakfast.
The hotel was a dump. Super dirty. It looked like they hadn't cleaned the room in a week. There was dirt and hair in the bathroom and the bed.
In the mountains, after long stretch of highway
Kinda dirty and outdated
It was pretty clean
Hard to understand the people at the front desk. They did not speak English well. Hard to understand them.
Lousy breakfast. Very little choice and variety. No Kleenex in room. Not clean in breakfast area. If you wanted regular coffee, you had to fix it in your room. The breakfast area had only decaf. So had to carry your coffee to breakfast from your room.
Bathroom unsafe. Shower curtain too long - was a tripping hazard. No non-skid on shower floor. Mold on hand rail in shower. No kleenex in room. Breakfast food was poor and area not clean. Ice machine didn't work - had to buy ice. Never stay there again.
The manager was very helpful. I had a problem at check in but he was able to fix everything pretty quick.
Close to Highway. Close proximity to Fish Lake. Less than 45 minutes
The mattress on the bed was really hard.
The bathroom was clean. The beds were clean.
Breakfast was tacky. The fixtures in the room were not maintained. For instance, the towel bar next to the sink fell apart and fell off the wall.
The pool was disgustinwith missing filter covers that my grandmother stepped into an hurt herself. The beds were so bad I slept in my van. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I cannot say enough BAD about this place. Do not stay here for any reason.
