Located on Route 89 and a 9-minute walk from downtown Provo, this inn features free Wi-Fi. Brigham Young University is less than 2.5 miles away. A balcony and satellite TV are found in each wood-furnished room at Provo Inn & Suites Provo. A microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker are also included. The front desk of Provo Inn & Suites is open at all times to serve guests. A business center and vending machines are also provided. The Sundance Resort is 15 miles from the inn. The Provo Amtrak Station is an 8-minute walk away.

Pros +
- Nothing! Absolutely vile!
- Convenient location, cheap price, kitchenette. New windows block out the outside sound and maintain the temperature. They are renovating and it is helping some aspects. The owner was very nice and provided me with a bedside lamp and mug upon request.
- Absolutely NOTHING!!
Cons -
- The cover pictures are false! This place is dangerous, filthy, and unfit! It is so dangerous that the owners will not open the lobby, but instead talk to you through a slot. The room was filthy beyond description. There were pubic hairs in the bedding!
- The cleanliness was really lacking. The floor was so dirty I needed to clean it myself, and the towel I used was black after I did so. The hotel lists an in-room coffee maker but there was no coffee-maker.
