    Pros +

    • Proximity to Bryce Canyon.
    • The staff was very attentive and friendly. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast room is large and the views from the windows and outside deck are great. I will definitely stay here again.
    • Check in was fast, the room was very clean, breakfast was hot and good. Even though we did not use the toiletries great to know there if needed. We ere there just one night and after a long day at Bryce Canyon was nice to have a good place to sleep

    Cons -

    • This was the worst accommodation of my entire trip. I got bitten by bugs, and the promised breakfast wasn't provided. I had booked in advance, yet received no prior notice;
    • They changed from quality inn to rodeway inn. I booked a king room but got a queen room. When I entered the room temperature was 95F. The hotel staff didn't help with the luggage. Breakfast was not included. They didn't compensate for the inconvenience.
    • Beds were just ok. Room made me stuffed up. Breakfast was good.

    Location

The room was terrible. The room did not look like the pictures, huge stain on floor. Ugly comforter. Did not stay, left - lost $---, no refund. The owner and family were sitting in the lobby.

Attentive and quick check-in, Clean, comfortable, very quiet, spacious room, ample breakfast. Woodsy cabin/lodge ambiance.

This is silly: the renovations and updates were nice except for the squeak in the floorboards in front of the bathroom sink. It is a very small thing compared to the comfort, cleanliness, access to Bryce Canyon and great price.

    8Verified guestPosted on: 8-9-2024

    The scenery and the exterior.

The rooms could have been updated. The closet was just concrete floor. The fan in the restroom was missing. No pool.

Great on price and very close to Bryce National Park

We stayed at the first building, there were no stair access from behind the building (front view to the street).

Quiet, nice room. Birds nesting in the rafters outside.

Nice big room, clean, quiet location, good breakfast.

The ice machine was broke. Sign said to go to office, but noone was there. The on-site restaurant is VERY overpriced.

Our hotel room was nice and big! It was nice to have a comfy bed to sleep on.

The employee at the front desk was rude. He also said I needed to pay $20 for a room upgrade in cash and did not give me a receipt. I feel like he pocketed the cash.

    9ShyloPosted on: 6-6-2024

The fun themed buildings and the sunrise view was amazing!

One of the beds were broken or making you feel like your sleeping on a sunken hole. Seemed a little run down floors sticky.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-16-2023

Train was very close. The price was incredibly expensive, the most we¿ve paid on our trip from Oregon to Arizona.

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-15-2023

    Location was great

Rooms were not clean. Flush not working. Not fixed even after complaining.

    3Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-11-2023

Motel did not live up to Quality Inn standards.Only one person to work front desk and breakfast room, old rooms, creaky floor dimly lit room. Certainly did not live up to the price we had to pay. He charged 30 dollars more than the price I was quoted.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-5-2023

    Nothing. It was awful.

It was nasty. Rickety steps, holes in the wall. Mouse issue. Smelled weird like perfume but not perfume. Did not live up to Quality Inn reputation. It was 5 miles from town with nothing nearby. The staff was difficult to understand.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-2-2023

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast bar was clean and all items were kept up

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-6-2023

The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub also.

The continental breakfast had a lot to be desired. It was pretty scarce.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-30-2022

It was close to red rock and Bryce canyon. Star gazing was only a short drive away. And while the buildings are old and dated, I was happily surprised at the cleanliness.

We were unaware that you had to request in advance, a downstairs room. There is No elevator. Difficult for older people to lug luggage upstairs. It could use some updating/freshening up inside and out.
